Save your money and just go to the cherry hill location they care about there customers and make sure everything is the way you ask for, because this location basically your just throwing your hard working money away!! If i can rate this location a 0 I would! My husband had ordered delivery from s Wayne location on Friday he had ordered one large pizza one Italian sub, two ham and cheese subs and a order of cheese bread. It came out to $50 and some change with tip it cost $61 the ham and cheese subs he had asked for ham cheese and salami only when the food got here the subs had everything on there so we didn’t even get to eat them because of the onion and tomato and the cheese bread was burnt! Not even eatable the only thing you can taste is charcoal from the bottom of the bread being burnt. As soon as I got the food and noticed I had called in it was 10:12 I figured they had just closed maybe someone is still there and would pick up the phone so I can tell them the food is messed up I called twice and there had been no answer so I figured I’ll call them back in the morning. The next morning I got a phone call from my mom and she had told me my uncle and aunt had caught COVID so we got worried and didn’t know if we caught it because we seen them a week before so we would go get tested we got tested three times to see if we caught it to and so much was going on i totally forgot to call toarmina’s back so finally I remember to call them because I was clearing out my fridge and I threw away the two sandwiches and the cheese bread brand new never touched only 4 days after the incident and when I spoke to one of the managers I had explained to them what had happened and she told me she can’t give me free food I didn’t ask for free food I asked for food that I paid for that we couldn’t even eat so she told me to call the next day and speak to the store manager so I did I called and spoke to crystal and crystal had told me there’s nothing she can do because I waited all this time to call which I explained to her I forgot and I even told her I called twice that night and she told me I should have left a voicemail I didn’t even know that was possible to leave a voicemail for a pizza place shes telling me it was basically my fault because I didn’t call the next day. She could have resolved this issues but she didn’t. The only thing I wanted was to have the food they messed up on replaced or just to refund me on the two subs and the bread but the staff here just wants to make us feel like we have done something wrong and not them! Read moreOrdered 2 medium pizzas last night at the location on S. Wayne Rd. in Westland. One was supposed to be pepperoni, ham, & mushroom. The other was supposed to be ALL pepperoni, HALF bacon. When my boyfriend ordered it, the woman taking the order misheard him and when she repeated it back to him, he corrected her. When he brought the pizzas home, the first pizza was right, but the second pizza had ALL pepperoni and HALF mushroom! That pizza was supposed to be for my boyfriend and son, who HATE mushroom. We called the store back and talked to the manager, Tammy, who also happened to be the woman who took our order. We told her there was a mistake and that we would appreciate if they made the pizza we ordered and we would bring the other one back untouched. She very rudely told me that there was no mistake. She repeated the order back and that they made what we ordered. She would not replace it, but give me $2 off our next order. So she basically called me a liar, and left us with a pizza that we spent money on that no one could eat! Unbelievable! My boyfriend ended up just ordering food from Nautilus instead. My dad works very hard and today needs to work on his pick up so he grabbed to pizzas one a reg round and one deep dish both were like extra thin crust and deep dish is flat also raw.. He called and Moe stated he would send a driver to look at it so he's saying if the driver thinks it not good we have to wait another gr8 before we had food..
