It was a chilly fall day, and my stomach rumbled. So me and my friends decided to head to the local burger king. After a long grueling walk and depleting all of our energy, we finally arrive. As soon as you walk in it looks like a blast from the great depression. The water dispenser is broken, the floors shudder as you walk. They so broke they charge 30 cents for extra sauce. Maybe if they renovated the place they'd get more business but unfortunately when they turn their pockets inside out a fly comes out. Im quite possibly on the brink of death and in dire need of sustenance. Since this Burger King is the only fast food in walking distance, we didn't really have a choice. Being the patient customer I am, I patiently wait for a worker to take my order. Instead, the slaves working for $3 an hour cower in the back, sticking to the task at hand in the drive through. After roughly 22 minutes, I catch a glimpse of one of the laborers. I ask him to take my order, and I see him fall to his knees in despair since he actually has to do his job now. After seeing my order of 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries, I see a single tear fall down his cheek. Through the tear, he somehow messed up entering a coupon. He summons his coworker to do it for him and hands me my change. He made a $20 order $32 somehow. After fixing the problem at hand, in relief, we find a table and start to wait for our food. I pull put my fork and knife and lick my lips gleefully, until I realize the dire mistake. The gluttonous worker had taken 3 cents from me. They seriously had to rob me of 3 shiny coppers after making me wait for 1320 seconds. They broke selves needed it more than me. Then, the egg shaped worker decided to work on other orders. He only started to work on mine when I walked over and stood at the register, eyeing him up as his loaded up them fryers. We arrived at roughly 6:30 and received our food at 7:02. After inhaling our food, we wipe our mouths clean and walk out the door. Overall, this is the worst fast food experience I have ever had and I would not recommend anyone to even consider eating here. This isnt even the surface. On multiple occasions, cold food, wrong orders, slow food, etc. I guess the food...
Read moreMy recent visit to Burger King was honestly disappointing. I had hoped for a quick and satisfying meal, but from start to finish, the experience left me regretting my choice. From the service to the quality of the food, it just fell short on every level.
To start, the wait time was unexpectedly long. Despite there being only a few people in line, it took over 15 minutes for my order to be taken. There didn’t seem to be any reason for the delay; the employees were just moving at a glacial pace, with no urgency to attend to the customers. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or apologetic about the wait either, which only added to the frustration.
When my order finally came out, the food was far from what I expected. I ordered a Whopper meal, but the burger was lukewarm and looked hastily thrown together. The lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes were pale, and the bun was crushed as if it had been sitting under something heavy. The worst part was that the patty tasted dry, and it lacked the classic, fresh-off-the-grill flavor that usually makes a Whopper enjoyable. It felt like it had been reheated rather than freshly cooked.
The fries weren’t much better. They were soggy, under-salted, and tasted as if they’d been sitting out for a while. Fries are usually my favorite part of a fast-food meal, but these were a letdown, to say the least. Even the drink was disappointing—the soda was flat, and it didn’t taste right, as if the machine hadn’t been cleaned properly or was low on syrup.
Overall, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Between the slow service, poorly made food, and the unappetizing atmosphere of the restaurant (which wasn’t as clean as it should have been), it felt like I’d wasted both my time and money. There are plenty of fast-food options out there, and unfortunately, Burger King doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with the competition. It will definitely be a long time before I consider coming back—if I...
Read moreBismillah. This experience was awful on top of awful on top of awful. My friend and I ordered delivery via the Burger King app and they were closed. NOTHING was communicated through the app or the website. I called the manager Guy today and he could not have cared less. Your better off going to either the Burger King near Five Below, iHop, Denny's, Sakura, Life is Pizza, or Katana. MUCH better customer service.
update: For the past two days I have tried delivery from them. Each experience has been consistently traumatic. I called the restaurant as they not only messed up on my order but doubled he food for my friend's order. They responded with nonchalance, blatant disregard, and disrespect. The staff told me to call DoorDash. Thankfully DoorDash kindly solved the issue but Burger King was completely at fault here and refused to take accountability for their mistakes. Also the food was cold. Real cold. And the onions rings were dry. Real dry. I am GREATLY DISSATISFIED and this may be the last time I eat here again. I need to eat halal again anyway. Their service needs to improve GREATLY.
