This location was fantastic, see my original 5 star review below.
Unfortunately this location can not hold onto it's good employees. Everyone worth keeping has quit this location and moved on to other location because the management is horrid. The workers at this location have been under paid and appreciated for some time and management refused to make improvements.
Formerly my go-to Starbucks but now employees that are here are temp employees that don't care as much as any of the ones that were here a few months ago, and it shows in how customers are treated
Management, you really messed up not taking care of the good employees you once had.
Original 5 star review There are 3 starbucks locations in the area. A full drive thru location, a target location and this one. This is not a sit down location, but I'm not here to review that as some other reviewers decided too, that's not a fault of the location or people that work here.
This is my preferred Starbucks, hands down they are the best. Polite and friendly, remember my order, which I didn't expect, always make my drinks well.
They sometimes do get those customers that are in a hurry and are rushing them, I've even stood in line and heard customers behind me badger them about going slow (these women do not move slowly, they are always efficiently taking orders while making the experience pleasent for their customers) they take things in stride and contiue to be as pleasent to these nasty customers as they were to their nicer patrons.
I had a customer service issue today, with a grocery store employee , not with the starbucks employees, yet the Starbucks Manager Emily? Apologized and insisted on covering my drink order. Unexpected, as my issue wasn't with them, but I could tell she wanted to make sure my experience coming to that location enaded on a good note, and it did.

Read moreThis place was amazing until all the good staff left. They are constantly understaffed, cannot keep the good staff they had or do get more then they last maybe a few months tops. It has just turned into a complete mess of not opening on time, running out of products, and no one seeming to know what is going on. Safeway needs to get their act together and do something before they lose all their customers, coming here used to be super convenient, now I am better off just driving the extra ten minutes down the road. Do better.

Maybe they listened, but I can say that things have gotten a lot better! Shout out to the amazing Christina, Kelly, Meghan, and all the other rockstars that deal with the crazy on a daily and still manage to do it all with a smile on their face and friendly, kind demeanor. Seeing as my order is an unusual order, I really appreciate our barista Molly for going the extra mile and doing a great job making our order! I understand the others talking about the line but that stands to reason seeing as they do such a great job and try to ensure customer satisfaction!!
This will be our go to from here on out for out caffeine fix!
