Today is my birthday and my wife and I decided the first meal of the day would be at this I hop. The first thing I ordered was Coffee and a soft drink for my wife. When the coffee and soft drink was brought to our table by our server Jordan ,I began to unwrap the eating utensils placed on the table sealed with the napkin and I hop collars on them. I then observed after opening the eating utensils food particles on them from the last time they were used, My wife then opened her eating utensils and observed the same. I immediately informed our server Jordan of this situation and she removed the utensils from our table offered us disposable utensils and apologized.I told Jordan the manager must be notified as this is unacceptable as I observed many senior citizens eating in the restaurant at that time. I decided to leave this I hop. As thoughts of becoming exposed to micro organims overwhelmed me,The manager did come to our table and was very appologenic about the situation.I asked her what.her name was as she did not wear a name tag or state her name properly to me or my wife. The name she stated was Marian or Maria. If this site allows me to post a photos I will. As I am 59 years now I hope this American food restaurant can fix this problem as over the years in my life I have enjoyed family and meals here. American food restaurants are rare these days and I love this franchise. Situations like this must be addressed as customers will not come. Read moreOnly giving this place 2 stars because I have friends that’s are staff there that actually DO take care of people. In my decade in the service industry NO one has ever spoke to family & I like the Manager Matt here. I’m actually genuinely concerned for his mental health. The disgusting language and threatening demeanor he had simply because “he just walked in” was absolutely foul just because he doesn’t know how to do his job or keep his some staff in line. After pointing at me talking about how he was so big & bad because his mom was a s3x worker and he’s from the streets he then gaslighted me after using foul language in front of my 1 year old son as well. The other Manager Deb then lied about seeing the whole thing even though Mr Big and bad went to go get her from the kitchen? My partner and son are Hispanic and after hearing about even more discrimination from this place I won’t keep my mouth shut. Since he said I can’t make him do anything so smugly corporate was already called. I hope whomever sees this realizes how unprofessional and foul some of their staff is to customers who come in often and always tip well. Thank you to the GR lady who helped me this morning and agreed how disgusting these “professionals” acted glad someone at this company has some sense. And PS multiple employees from this branch have told me how awful this manager is and how they would love to not have him there because of his childish actions. Read moreMy family and I have always enjoyed IHOP and just recently traveled quite a distance away from home to visit the Meadow Creek Drive location with high hopes of enjoying quality family time together and a good meal. Unfortunately, this location was a huge disappointed. The wait to be seated wasn’t bad at all but we waited nearly an hour to get our food and once our food was received everything was cold and tasteless. My daughters cupcake pancakes came with no icing and both my husband and my T-bone steak meals were disgusting. No taste at all. I ordered my eggs scrambled with cheese and they arrived cold, tasteless with no visible cheese. The coffee wasn’t even good. Waited 30 mins or longer to try a second cup as there was no extra cream given to the two of us and upon arrival there was a wet and used napkin in our syrup/ condiment tray. I complained to my server about not enjoying my food and he did ask if it was anything he could do for me but when the manager came he did not seem to care about my dissatisfaction. My husband had added my uneaten food to his to go box to take home so the manager simply told us to enjoy. No apology about my meal not being prepared up to par or discount added to our bill. What a shame. Truly disappointing and more than likely I will NEVER visit another IHOP...
