Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Westminster

I have visited this location often and I have never had any issues. The staff is always very friendly and kind. They always give me my order correctly, promptly and it always tastes fresh. I don’t really understand the negative reviews when I know this location is one of the best locations around the westminster area. People just need to read and pay attention to the signs and also have patience! Also every fast food place that exists has been raising their prices. Do you know what inflation is? Prices of ingredients went up it’s obvious that the price of the food will have to go up as a result of that. No where is cheap to eat at anymore. If you want to eat out then you should budget yourself according to your own financial situation. If you don’t like that then eat at home, it’s as simple as that. Honestly people just complain about everything and expect a free meal at any inconvenience they create. I will 100% be back at this location. Keep up the good work...

For the love of GOD DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I ordered 3 kids meals (hamburgers) and I gave them to my kids. My daughter was a third of the way through her hamburger when she told me it tasted like there was a pickle on it. When I went to ta l e the pickle off I noticed the hamburger was red inside still. I'm not talking pink in the middle, I'm talking RED. It was barely even cooked!!! When I called to speak to the manager I was told she wasn't there and that I needed to talk to the supervisor. I tried to talk to the supervisor but she couldn't even speak English! Don't get me wrong I have nothing against people who can't speak English, two of my kids are half Latino. But come on dude you're the supervisor and you can't even understand me??? Slowest line of fast food joint ever! Long line and only one worker who was very slow and acted like it was her first day. No idea if it really was. Finally got our food and not everything was correct. The tables that were open were dirty and we had to clean our own table before sitting down. The floor was also dirty. Very understaffed. At least on this sunday. Only ever seen a line like this at a fast food restaurant at In N Out. Definetly won't be returning to this location unless its through the drive thru possibly. Not a good experience. Also the Milk Shake was hardly a milkshake. It was very disappointing. More like a very liquidy slushy. Nothing like a good ice cream milkshake should be. Also it was only filled up part of the way with whipped cream filling the rest and not even close to...
