Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Westminster

I walked in this Chipotle branch to get a drink and some chips. Also I desperately needed help because I left my phone in my husband’s car after he dropped me off at Westminster Center. I asked the server if I could use a phone to help me contact my husband since there is no way for me to get home without a phone (obvs couldn’t book an uber or call anyone). She said that she will ask her manager and then she came back a few mins later saying that no, she couldn’t help me and and that I should “try Jamba Juice next door, maybe they can help”. Like what?? I asked politely and I’m sure I didn’t look like a homeless person or someone who would steal a phone. What a way to help a customer! I know it’s not in their job description to offer assistance this way but couldn’t they be a little conpassionate? They even huddled among themselves to discuss it. I thought I would leave a review because I have been frequenting Chipotle for a while and have recently had consistently bad experiences. Before I get to my main point I would like to touch on the decline in the quality of service I have received from this establishment. The employees all seem to detest their job, visually. They take suck little pride in their job I have had my food spill into my togo bag from my bowl because no one thought to secure the top, an action which is vital and should be routine. My main qualm with Chipotle is the ever decreasing portion size. The employees seem to do their best to give you as little of each item as possible, except rice of course. This is especially noticeable if they are running low on one item. I have received less than half a scoop of black beans before when they were running low. This service is a pathetic. The food is pretty tasty, and the store is fairly clean. My problem is the bad attitudes of the employees helping you with the food. I pay $10-13 bucks , and the deadpan , negative expression of the people who are scooping up and slopping the items into your oval dish is degrading and classless. If the people serving the food right in front of your face have negative attitudes, then what about the people behind the scenes who actually make it!
