Jamba — Restaurant in Westminster

This Jamba is place is understaffed. There’s only 1 person working by themselves and when it gets busy they seem overwhelmed, but still manage to provide excellent service. I’ve noticed that lots of their stuff/machinery is either broken or not working well. For example I noticed that when workers are trying to use the oven, they seem to struggle to get it to work every time. Another example is that when I ordered an orange juice the poor workers were getting sprayed with juice because there’s no shield to prevent from getting sprayed. I also noticed a couple weeks ago, when entering the building it was hot and I asked why and the workers said that the AC wasn’t working. I came back a couple a weeks later to the same issue where the AC was still not working and it was super hot in the store. I feel bad for workers who are working at night, especially because I always see girls working late at night. There should be least 1 other person for safety precautions, especially after the incident where the store got broken into. I remember coming in the next day and asking about it and came back later that day at night to see the same girl by herself. Overall the service is great! They have great workers who truly work hard to get this done, especially when understaffed but the atmosphere in the store can be...

Always come in here for my smoothies...won’t be coming back...they have a huge sign that says YOU CANT ENTER WITHOUT WEARING A FACE MASK due to CoVid......but they don’t enforce it at all when I complained about 3 ladies coming in without a face mask...if they are not enforcing this then take the sign down....the one worker I had told ignored me....what?..are you afraid to enforce your own rules...don’t want to get into any confrontational situation....either enforce it and tell these people to stay outside and wait OR take down your sign...your own employees were...

I went to this place on November 21st at about 6:30pm. My friends and I all ordered smoothies but they were filled like 2” from the top... which is a lot missing if I’m paying $7 for a drink. When I picked up my drink and noticed, I said “this doesn’t look very full.” Literally no response. They starred at me like I was crazy or like they were like “what are we supposed to do about it.” After like 5 seconds I just walked away because 2 staff were staring at me and just not talking... Honestly feel like my money was wasted. Smoothie also was not...
