The quality of the food is always good here. I must say, I was highly disappointed with the chicken biscuit sandwich. I was expecting a big juicy chicken biscuit like the ones I had at another McDonald's recently. However, what I got was a little tiny piece of flat chicken on a biscuit.
I question the manager about this and told her of my experience elsewhere. She assured me that the size of the chicken patty was what it was supposed to be. I will have to do a little more research to see what the other area McDonald's are serving for their chicken biscuit sandwiches. On the two other occasions where I ordered the sandwich I was at a McDonald's out of state.
Overall, the service here is normally good. This time however instead of someone bringing my "eat in" order to my table, I had to go up to the counter and get it! I saw the tray when it was placed on the counter, but they must have forgotten about it because it set there almost 5 minutes before I decided to get up and retrieve the tray myself! From what I could tell, there were two or three employees conversing with someone who was either a friend of theirs or a good regular customer. They were talking with her for quite a while, as they ran around delivering other trays to other guests, and ringing up orders on the register.
This wasn't my best visit, but I would be willing to eat...
Read moreI purchased a regular vanilla shake in the drive thru . I live 2 minutes from McDonald's. when I got home the shake was completely melted. So I called McDonald's asked for the manger first she said she didn't have vanilla shake in her computer then she asked for the exact time I bought the shake. I told her the receipt was in my car and I was physically disabled and I could not walk out to my car to get it. She said needed the exact time I bought the shake in order to help me. So my boyfriend went to my car got the receipt for me, I called her back and this time she said we'll you bought the shake 20 minutes ago that's probly why my shake was melted. It was melted when I got it because I looked at it on the way home and thought I'd call once I got inside my house. Of course a shake is going to melted 20 minutes later. I didn't turn around to bring it back because she would of served me another runny shake. I only called so she I could bring it to her attention not to get a replacent shake. My pointe is don't by iceceam items from this particular McDonald's. The Manger has poor customer service. The girl working the cash register in the drive thru is the one who should be the Manger or the Manger should take lessons on good Custer service from the drive...
Read moreWow, I'm pretty stunned. I just finished up my breakfast and was enjoying a great McDonald's Diet Coke and getting ready to do some writing when I extended my feet to the opposite bench in my booth to get a little more comfortable for work when an older man sitting at another table looked at me angrily and ordered me to take my feet off the bench. I nicely told him I thought it was okay to have my feet where they were. He then proceeded to get up, walk to my booth and lean into my face and loudly order me to take my feet off the booth. Honestly, I was afraid. He seemed unreasonably infuriated and I was worried he might try to hurt me based on his mannerisms. Others around him, seeing this interaction told me to listen to him because he was the owner of that establishment. I calmly said I was going to leave and he said he wanted me to leave and didn't want me back. I told him the feeling was mutual. This man's poor, sweet employees stopped me on the way out and tried to fix their employers bad behavior by asking me to excuse him because he is old. Age is not an excuse for meaness. I've reported the issue to corporate but I hope this review helps fix things too. If this man cannot control his temper, at the very least he should not be allowed to interact...
