Paul's Deli — Restaurant in Westminster

Recently my friend and coworker Michi baught a couple of sandwiches 🥪 from this place and gave me one of the sandwiches 🥪 and let me tell you that it was one of the best pastrami sandwiches 🥪 I've had. I've been to many different sandwich 🥪 shops including some of the well known franchise sandwich 🥪 shops and they have nothing on this place. The place is a hole in the wall old place and the owner a cool guy. Today I stopped buy to grab a sandwich and I couldn't make up my mind cause I saw on the menu a few sandwiches that I would like to try. So I am coming by tomorrow and bringing the whole family to eat here my treat. If you are in the neighborhood I highly recommend this place. And if you live from a distance, this pla e is worth the drive. Im making this one one of my favorite places for sandwiches. Oh and the size of the sandwich you get for the price is more then well...

Before Yelp Monday Movie nights, a few Yelpers usually meet here for dinner since it's right across the street from the theatre.

I was invited by the lovely Laina and finally had a chance to sit down, eat with the Yelp crew, and check this place out.

The deli is tiny. We grabbed a table front and center for our small group and most of us just ordered the daily special - chicken parm or the raviolis. I went with the raviolis. Food is made to order so it takes a bit which gave us time to catch up on life and mingle with new Yelpers which is something I always love to do and help bring them into the fold.

Food finally arrived and it was hot and fresh and quite filling. Sauce was generous, garlic bread was toasty and garlickly, and to top it off, we got some complimentary cannolis and great service! Overall, a great success and I'm sure we'll...

Such a gem tucked away in the heart of Garden Grove. Amongst all the modern business around and new development of businesses to keep consumers interested, it is refreshing to find such a great mainstay. The atmosphere is simple and calls to times when things were much simpler.

Which is where their food shines. Simple but tasty. We (3) of us had sandwiches that day. Pastrami, Italian, and Rueben. The often overlooked part of the sandwich is the bread. The bread on all 3 of our sandwiches were outstanding. The meats were tasty and delicious.

The service is what will keep you coming back! Super friendly and such a refreshing reminder what customer service SHOULD look like.
