Food was great. I got the salmon and the Brussels sprouts because that seemed like the healthy option; however I'm pretty sure the salmon was coated in butter (very delicious), and the Brussels sprouts were deep-fried (did I mention they had pork belly?). Waitress was super nice; very attentive even though she clearly was taking care of the entire restaurant. Be aware: sitting by the windows in the winter is very drafty.

At the Hilton for business. Grabbed lunch at the B Restaurant. The lunch menu appeared to be a lunch/dinner menu. I had the fish of the day ($23) - which was salmon- I chose blackened vs grilled , came with mash potatoes and grilled asparagus. The plate presentations was excellent . The salmon was prepared perfectly; just done , very moist throughout the piece of salmon not dry at all. Highly recommend !

I've been happily surprised at how Good the food is. Thank you for provided healthy affordable food for breakfast and dinner. It made staying at the hotel that much better! I've had the farmers breakfast, omelette, margarita pizza, salad, salmon, braised beef, and honey. Thank you for supporting local farmers, your customers appreciate it.

Wonderfully nice and attentive waitress, classy look/atmosphere, very good live jazz in the background (up until some guys started making requests), and most importantly, great, fresh, unique, local food! B. Restaurant is inside the Hilton, so just walk into the lobby and go left. The food bats way above a hotel restaurant, so don't let that throw you off!

The menu was full of uncommon items like lamb meatballs and bone marrow soup. A favorite of ours was the bizarre, but really fun to eat still growing salad. It's essentially a deconstructed salad where the lettuce is a well cleaned cute little planter lettuce still in the dirt pod. They give you little sheers and tongs and you cut your own fresh-as-it-gets lettuce. If that doesn't sound up your alley, they'll gladly bring you the same salad in fully cut, ready to eat form. The burger I had was great. Not the absolute best burger I've had, but the flavors were really full, unique, and delicious and the cook was the proper rare I requested. The fries were clearly made to order - very fresh - well salted with some additional spices, elevating them above just regular fries. The coffee we had after was also pretty good, a pleasant surprise as most after dinner coffee is lacking.

I can't say enough good about our waitress. Angelika had seen the OpenTable reservation special requests I made and recalled everything about the reservation the second I said the name. She helpfully explained all of the fresh and unique things on the menu, accommodating my mother's gluten free needs, and continually made sure we had everything we needed all while being friendly and not at all overbearing.

It was night, but from what I can tell, the views out the floor to ceiling windows are quite nice in the day, so coming here for a brunch may be in my near future. I highly recommend B. Restaurant for the service, uniquely fresh and delicious food, good ambience, and overall very...

Disgusting! I would give ZERO stars if I could! Unacceptably long wait times , rude service from management and staff, as well as extremely over priced meals! $65 for 10 under cooked wings , 2 slices of store brought chocolate cake, and 2 smart waters!!! The previous evening we paid for a pizza that was not able to be fulfilled before closing. We were insured we would get the order today. While ordering today we requested the pizza we were due only to be met with nasty snide comments from the day manager and was told we wouldn’t be getting our paid-for pizza from her, wait for the night manager who told us that. So obviously they do not communicate between each other. Did I mention my husband and I are in-town from another state for a convention that’s being held in the hotel? This lady has no idea if we will even be in the hotel or the town much longer and still was not willing to help us resolve the situation. This was a terrible experience at Hilton Hotel that houses this restaurant as well as specifically at this restaurant. I’ve been patronizing this hotel for years and I must say the place has taken a turn for the worse. Bring waters and such in with you as not to be ripped off by Hilton. Take the ride up to oakbrook center to dine to enjoy the fine cuisine here in Chicago at a fair price! You won’t find good food, good service or fair prices here. If those are things you value don’t look...

Disregard the positive reviews which have obviously been paid for and bring your own food if you're staying at the hotel!

Service was fine, but that's pretty much it. "Chicken alla vodka" was the most expensive piece of chicken from Costco that I had eaten in the US. I could not force myself to eat more than a few pieces of the pasta, because the sauce was a tasteless watery substance which could not even be saved by the chili they added in an attempt to mask the poor quality. Wife had the "B-burger", which contained an overcooked patty and gave her heartburn. French fries had been apparently pre-cooked, frozen, and then microwaved before serving.

Overall, we felt disgusted and cheated. Would've had more fun by setting the money on fire. We only went here because we were exhausted and could not find a decent delivery option as the other restaurants in the vicinity also had...
