Horrible experience. I looked at their menu in the drive through and it clearly saw tacos for (2)1.49. Nothing I made up. I got to the window and lady told me to I was lying I took pictures and told them I would be calling headquarters. They were charging me 1.89. I felt as if they thought I was trying t ok Rob them. As I decided not to argue further I paid what they charged me. Well over the price the menu said. As I went back through just for me my own satisfaction to take pictures, to let everyone know I wasn't lying, about the wrong price of tacos. To my surprise I encountered a very rude man, stating he was the manager. Hecwas so darn rude to me. I couldn't understand why he couldn't be a manager with respect for me. It wasn't the error it was the principal of how I was treated. Long story short he didn't make anything right even though clearly showed 149 and was very rude to me and said I could give you 20 cents if you would like and that wasn't called for. I had already paid the charges they charged me for. I believe the customer service he portrayed was very much so below zero. He should have treated me better understanding that their billboard showed a price and he should have honored it. Instead he argued with me he said for me to call headquarters was very rude to me and said I could give you some change if you want and again it was not the $0.20 difference or 40 cents difference or whatever it was it was the principle of the thing and how I was treated and that was definitely...

OLD REVIEW FROM 2 YEARS AGO. I went here on Wednesday the 17th for breakfast. The place was a dump. Both trash receptacles are overflowing outside, outside tables absolutely disgusting. Trash and dirt everywhere. On my return trip back through town 5 days later I stopped again cause honestly I like J&B food. The same trash was still in the outside cans. How do I know this? Cause I put one of my cups there 5 days earlier. One employee doesn't have 15 minutes before you open to empty the trash? They require masks, but upon entering this visit there was an employee eating at an open table, no mask, left is food and trash there. Plus the plexi-glass barrier is absolutely gross. Looks like 100 greasy hands have touched it. They have all of the furniture stacked up like a bomb went off in the place. Hey guys it looks totally unprofessional. Put the tables back where they belong and just run a strip of tape with a sign that reads. "Indoor dining closed util further notice. " So simple. We were walk ins while the drive through had 6 cars. The manager told us, "Hey it's gonna be a while because we have all these cars ahead of you".. LoL. It wasn't really that long of a wait. He didn't even need to tell us that. Let's start with the restrooms. The absence of toilet paper, hand dryers, hand towels, and soap began to set the scene for this establishment. We ordered, there was not any ice tea to fill our cups with, we had to wait in line again to ask for the ice tea that is only provided in the back. I ordered a couple tacos. I sure love those tacos. I was not excited when I recieved my tacos to see the grease soaking through the paper, the meat way over fried, looked like part of the deep fryer. Then the curly fries. They had black specks all over them. They were burnt pieces of food from the bottom of the fryer stuck all over them. The sandwiches were decent. As we ate our sandwiches we were sad with the rest of our food. We threw most of it away. The worst part was in the way out a cockroach (YES A COCKROACH) ran across the dining room floor. I pointed at it to my buddy and said "look". The employee looked at it and simply went on her way, like I was crazy for thinking that was not normal. Won't return to this place. Good luck if...
