Taco Bell — Restaurant in Westmorland

Not much to say. It's a Taco Bell. Store is clean, food is cheap, and the staff are usually friendly and professional. But the location seems to prioritize drive-thru orders over front counter service, which can be a problem if you prefer to be served inside.

We typically order online using the app for pickup, and have had some negative experiences as of late - the staff forgot some of our order items on one occasion and took two reminders and about 30 minutes to remedy it. And on a second occasion we placed an order for pickup at a certain time, arrived at the designated time, and waited fifteen minutes before learning that the order hadn't even been started yet. On this visit I watched a customer approach the counter to place an order only to have an employee come out of the kitchen and tell them to order from the kiosk instead. It just struck me as incredibly unprofessional.

Tl;dr the service has declined recently, but the food is still good, fresh, and cheap. You might consider another location if you're in a hurry, though. Or just use...

I order my food with a drink. When they give me my food the server do not give me my drink and walked away from front desk. I ring the bell and a lady come out and she did not say anything,i keep ringing the bell afew more times and she show here face saying give me a minute ( been five minutes since they gave my food )finaly she came out and she (her name is jeralyn) got a bad attitude ,argument that i did not pay for my drink. This is by far the most expensive Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at, BUT it’s probably also the best Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at. I always get the Nachos Bellgrande & they are always loaded. The container, I swear, is about two pounds. I live about 20-30 minutes away & it’s usually still warm when I get home so you know it’s fresh when they hand it to you.
