Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Weston

This Domino's has always been good, but I felt my last visit, they went above and beyond.

My wife had placed an order for two pizzas and bread twists. When I arrived, the last pizza was almost out. I went ahead and paid while I waited. A few minutes later, one of the employees apologized to me, saying my pizza didn't come out well and they were going to have to remake it. For my troubles, they upgraded it to a large and gave me a free drink. To be fair, I would have been fine with just remaking the pizza, but it was surprising to be given an upgrade and a drink.

The pizza is always so disappointing,the only redeeming quality of this Dominos is that the delivery drivers are always very fast and they're very polite. I'd rate the delivery 5/5 and the actual restaurant 1/5 if I could. Issues with pizza: it's never cut well,always an insane amount of sauce with practically no cheese,they never put the garlic flavoring on the crust of the regular pizza anymore and when they do it's the smallest amount ever and it's on the actual pizza...

Excellent customer service. Management is friendly, helpful and honest! Driver was prompt and courteous. The food was outstanding. I have no idea what this store is doing different from the other franchises but they should be leading and training this chain. Its strange how bigger cities with more stores has less appealing pizza...but a little store in a small area is putting out the best product....possibly unknown by corporate. Whatever they are doing.....they are...
