Dunkin' — Restaurant in Weston

I come to Dunkin’ Donuts minimum 3 times a week. Last night I was there at 8:55pm and another customer attempting to come in at the same time. The employee older woman jumped in front of the door and said we are closed! The gentleman said your sign says open and I said it’s not 9pm yet..::She said we are told by management we have to closed before 9pm to clean the machines. To be fair the week before a nice young fellow was open and I ran in 2 mins to 9pm and as I apologized and ask if he was okay making one drink he responded absolutely it’s not 9pm so you are good….He is always courteous and kind afternoon or night. He actually should give a training to the rude woman from last night 10-28-23. We work in the plaza and this is a convenience having a Dunkin’ Donuts 2 mins away but I am not planning to go back out of principle. I also saw her laughing with the other employee and I decided to take a picture. Work on your customer service lady! I just took my kids to the drive thru, I have been going to this location since they opened, and today worst service ever. We ordered a box of munchkins and a drink, we got the drink and they didn’t have any munchkins. So I asked for a refund since they didn’t have it and they said we don’t give refunds. I got robbed! They stole from me! So then I asked for a chocolate donut to settle this (even though that doesn’t cover the cost of the box of munchkins which they overcharged for according to their menu sign) and they said they don’t have any. They also said they won’t match the price advertised in their menu. How does dunkin donuts not have any donuts? How can they charge more than advertised on their menu? I placed an order of 2 dozen of donuts for a birthday party through the app. They took my order, I payed and when I went to pick up my order they told me they didn’t have enough donuts to give me. Manager was not in the shop, they called her and the solution that she told the employees was that I to complained through the app, which It didn’t make sense because they accepted my order when they didn’t even have enough donuts to give me. I payed for something that did not received and they never refund me at all. Nobody assisted me and i had to still find another place to buy the donuts and payed extra money.
