While we were on our way through the Vermont countryside to the Vermont Country Store, we had lunch at Mildred's Table which is right beside the country store. To my surprise, we were greeted and seated right away by a very friendly waitress who suggested the pulled pork sandwich special. My wife and I agreed to split the pulled pork sandwich and the grilled cheese sandwich. We also each ordered beer, the Vermont Green State by Zero Gravity and my wife The Green Stand Vermont IPA from Mount Olly Beer company. We highly recommend Mildred's Table. You won't be...

My wife also got (I forgot what it was called, it's in the pictures) the cake thing, and it came with butter, but wasn't warm. I thought that was odd. The servers were SUPER nice, but, it was clear that they were understaffed. As a result, service was a bit slow. I can't blame the servers, or even management, as I don't know what the situation was. If you want food and you're in the area, it's a decent option, even...
