Very poor execution on a 20 meal order being delivered. Delivery was 15 minutes late, and all instructions given to delivery driver were ignored. Driver refused to go over our order and about 5 meals were not delivered. We paid cash for all of the meals. They claim a check is on the way to reenbursment us for the undelivered food as we are not from the area. While I appreciate that, it doesn't give us the meals for the 5 people who did not receive them. Poor attention to detail. I'm not sure if the food is even edible, I paid for a sub and received...

On the positive side their food is always good. But the negative is the wait. Went in the other day and it took over 30 minutes for my wrap. They explained they are short staffed and ordering online would be preferred. I was ok with that. Came back the very next day after ordering online and they said their fax machine was down for online ordering and now I'm waiting again. It is too bad because I will not be coming back again after 2 days in a row using my lunch break waiting for food...

I ordered a Turkey and bacon sub, with a 20oz Pepsi for delivery to a construction site at 558 South Ave in Weston. I had to finish the job I was doing before I could eat, upon opening the sub I was surprised and ANGRY, TEN DOLLARS for some shredded lettuce, a few chopped tomatoes and less than 1 ounce of bacon, NO TURKEY.
