Was just in there today just before Noon. This is a popular one, so I expected a line, but they usually work the line through pretty efficiently.
Not today...and disappointing to say as I had this issue and was the ONLY one in line. I waited for only, what seemed like 2 minutes - but when I walked up to the register, an employee made eye contact with me and smiled, then turned away from the register to go do something on the side (which didn't appear to be making a drink).
After the first minute standing there and watching (4) people behind the counter and no one even telling me that they will be with me in just a minute (or whatever), I started to get annoyed. I noticed there was even a 5th employee in the back...hell....one of them was even training someone and she couldn't train this guy to take my order, or to at least acknowledge that I was waiting?? Approaching the 2 minute mark (if my sense of time is correct), a group of 5 customers walked through the door and stood behind me.

Read moreWent inside to order at the register and there was a white lady looking at the ipad in front of the register and I said hello to greet her, she ignored me and didn’t think to tell me that someone will help me so I just awkwardly stood there. Another lady, noticed and said she would help me at the other register while the other completey ignored me and left after a bit. The other lady took my order and gave me attitude look when I wanted to make sure I got the right thing and it felt rushed. Then when I got my drink and a cup of ice, I could tell my drink was completely full of ice when usually it’s not. I’m fine with regular ice and not getting less ice but they made sure to pack it full. They left the drinks there and did not give a straw and walked away so I didn’t care to try and ask these rude workers for one. This was july 21 at 12:30 pm. Read moreSadly, I am giving this location a 3 star review in hopes there is some change. I have frequented this location during the morning rush for years. The few staff members I have known for these years are fantastic, and I think they should be recognized and promoted. Inevitably, the few are not working every visit. Importantly, over the past few months (around 4), this store has become increasingly inefficient to the extent that I visit a neighboring coffee establishment. Waiting 20 minutes for a beverage and food is just unacceptable, especially when you're watching mobile order food and drinks getting cold and not being retrieved. This may be a systematic problem, but it needs to be fixed for walk in customers. For now, expect 15 minute delays if you are stopping in for a morning latte or opt for a cold...
