PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in Westwego

This location needs some improvements.. I have come regularly for a while (usually a couple times a week) and almost every trip here seems to have some sort of issue. There’s no consistency. I have ordered different breakfast sandwiches on numerous occasions and they’ll be ice cold in the middle. Employees rushing orders out or a problem with your process? On my way to work, I don’t have time to turn around and have them fix it. This is a regular occurrence. I feel like if I order food, I shouldn’t have to go heat it up in a microwave for it to be edible. Not sure what’s up with their order taking system but many times I get to the window and they’ll repeat someone else’s order back to me or don’t have my order recorded at all and they’ll have me reorder at the window. Don’t even attempt to DoorDash or get delivery from this location. I have had missing items every time I have tried. A couple of the staff are great but many could stand to be friendlier. Some are downright rude. I’ve given this location way too many chances because the coffee really is great and the rewards system is one of the best, but I’ve finally given up and will go elsewhere. You just don’t know what quality you'll get each time and I can’t justify spending...

My husband and I came to this location Saturday afternoon. 2 young women baristas were working at this location at our visit. We walked in the lobby and was greeted with a smile and very professional. The lobby was so clean and these 2 young females were working hard. They catered to our needs , also told us about new flavors that PJs has at the moment. They recommended a few other options also and were very detailed at explaining the options. My husband and I decided to stay and drink our coffee because the atmosphere was wonderful! We then went and sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful afternoon! This location also offers a drive thru in case you have to grab in go! I HIGHLY recommend this location and we will be back for sure ! Thank you again to those wonderful females that were working hard that afternoon, they made our visit so Pleasant and for that we will be back to this location !...

It would be a pleasant atmosphere but every encounter we have with the server Hannah is very negative. The energy she carries is very nasty and distasteful. Even if you want to have positive energy her energy she carries make you turn your nose up at her and the entire establishment. She is the face of the restaurant when we arrive through drive-thru or enter the building. Hannah is not welcoming at all. Hannah does not make the atmosphere feel friendly nor does she make you feel welcome! Hannah has a Very Very nasty attitude towards customers when she works in customer service.
