Pizza Time — Restaurant in Wethersfield

I used to go here a lot. Their food is great and customer service was great too. Prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately, I'll never go back there due to my last experience. The person I spoke to on the phone could NOT take a simple order. He kept repeating it back to me incorrectly. FINALLY after what seemed like at least 5 minutes of explaining this order.....a large new york style pizza with extra cheese, chicken tenders, small waffle fries and large regular fries......I show up and he asks me if mine was the large pizza, fries....I said "yes" I get home and sure enough there's just the small waffle fries. I called him and he didn't say sorry, please come pick it up...he argued with me about how he told me when I got there....he didnt...he was just trying to figure out which order was mine. Btw I had paid for all of my order. He said well, I tried to repeat it to you....I said, are you seriously going to actually argue about an order of fries that you very clearly screwed up after I repeated it to you over and over again on the phone?? It was more important to him that he was "right" (he wasn't) than to just apologize and have me come back to pick them up. The amount of money I've spent there is ridiculous and I used to refer people all of the time. That guy should not be working at a pizza place and definitely not in customer service. Everyone else there is amazing and kind. And the food as well. I just do not want to go back. Not telling anyone else not to go there though. Just be careful to check your entire...

This place has some decent food the fries are good pizza is not bad,, One big problem that I have is there service , I have been patronizing this place since it opened I usually spend upwards of $50. I usually get a special that comes with a soda , but the other day I ordered and I spent $52 and they said my order doesn't come with a soda? I ordered a large one topping pizza 20 piece wings and 2 large fries ,,,,so I explained to them that they have special with a large one topping, 10 piece wings and a soda for $23 ,,,, and I can't have a soda for the same large pizza double the wings and 2 large fries on top of that??? I'm done with this place never going back , lost a good...

So my family and I have had the worst service i have ever have. We ordered on line and it said 45 min for delivery. When it was an hour later I called and asked and they said that the food is on the way and will be there in a few min. A half hour later i called again and the guy was rude on the phone trying to explain that they are busy and we have to be patient. I under stand they are busy but I have 2 small children that need to eat before bed. The guy did not care about any thing and was trying to rush me off the phone. I don't think that is right and needs to be corrected. Come to find out they did it as a take out and not a delivery. Just know we will never order...
