Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wheaton

Went to dunkin after a long day got three drinks and a donut. The worker proceeded to get both my drinks wrong. And when I made it known she got mad at me and charged me for a more expensive drink. I had asked to change the drink due to the myself being allergic to green tea. I was charged for a strawberry refresher with green tea instead of lemonade even though I had made it known that I wanted it with lemonade. Due to the fact once again I am allergic to green tea. I had asked her to switch the drink, to which she responded with no you ordered green tea and she proceeded to yell at me and the other people in my car. I then asked if she could change the drink due to the fact she got it wrong to which she responded with no you ordered green tea. Which I know I didn’t she didn’t mess up not one drink BUT TWO! I asked if she could please switch it to which she said I had to pay for a new one. I payed for a new one gave her my card and she gave it back. To which she in fact charged my card and did not give me the new drink, I was instead told to get out of the drive thru I am honestly so disappointed in the service and hope it doesn’t...

Recently. built location. I think I know why they aren’t very busy though. Lukewarm service at best - you rarely get a smile or even a “welcome “. And my bagel with cream cheese had the tiniest smear. A small tub of cream cheese costs $5 at the grocery store. Made me both sad and mad simultaneously.
