I pull into the drive-through (there was no line, just 1 car at the window) and no one greeted me for at least 2 minutes. I said "hello?" The reply was a younger mans voice, he rudely said "IN A MINUTE". I look forward and the young employee is just chatting with the car in front, not exchanging service or payment, just talking. Someone else gets on the mic and asks for my order, 2 simple coffees. I pull up behind the car, they're still chatting in the window, after another 5 minutes they leave. The young guy goes to grab my coffee, PUTS HIS HANDS ON THE LID WHERE THE MOUTH GOES, and gives me my coffee. He was NOT wearing gloves. He just took my payment and then touched my order without washing his hands. That is down right awful on a normal day and especially gross with the pandemic happening right now. Not only is this location unclean, almost never gets the orders right, takes forever, on top of that they have rude employees running it. Others I know who have been to this specific location have had similar problems so this location just lost alot of business. Read moreOrdered delivery from this location. Ordered a couple of donuts, coffee drinks, bagel and two cream cheeses, and a breakfast sandwich. When dropped off, all that was delivered was a bagel with no neither of the cream cheeses I paid extra for, and the munchkin donuts ordered, all thrown together in a bag that wasn’t sealed or closed. Received less than a third of the food items I ordered. Very disappointed in the lack of effort put into ensuring the order was correct before delivery. Delivery driver wasn’t very helpful either, but she was form a third-party company so not their fault. However, in a time where businesses are limited because of the pandemic, it would make sense that managers and employees would put a little more effort into making sure all orders are correct. Read moreI went through the drive through. Very rude when I asked a question about the coffee. Wanted to know if they had different varieties of hot coffee. Not a big deal. I could see on the screen he was adding sugar pumps to my coffee. I told him no I didn’t want pumps, just wondering if there were other flavors of hot coffee. He acted like I was annoying so I just said never mind, black coffee. When I got to the register I was trying to use my app for my free coffee. The man at the window must have been tipped off by the guy on the drive through and was barking at me “Mam I need to scan it!” I was flustered and handed it to him. Didn’t get my free coffee.
