Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Wheaton

On September 25, 2024. I patronize the Jet pizza in Wheaton IL on Roosevelt & President. I bought a slice of pizza gave the cashier $20 my purchase was $4 and some change. I noticed later he only gave me $10 and change backed, so I went back and spoke with someone who said he was the Manager explain the situation to him, He said to me, We don't just hand out money, I said I understand I than ask for his name and the owner, he refused to give me any information, after arguing with him, he finally gave me what he said was his first name (Jake) he was a very rude. I then ask if they have cameras, He said yes. I asked him to look at the camera he said he would later. Told him I would be back tomorrow, but when I got home I called the store and asked if he watched the camera, he said yes and that I could pick up the $5, and than I said I will pick up my $5 tomorrow there was no apology from Jake (Manager) until I said I accept your apology than he apologize. I know he didn't mean it, "Terrible Customer Service". I did call there Customer service number and left a message it was after hours so I called again the next day. I did speak with someone, who said she left a message with the owner, and the person should call me in 3 days. I still haven't heard from the Owner as of (11-01-2024). I (Family or Friends) will not be Patronizing that Jet...

I ordered from Jet's multiple times and it was my favorite pizza place in the area...UNTIL I ordered tonight. I called and placed an order with them and they said 45 minutes. After thirty minutes goes by, I get a call that I'm too far out of their delivery range. I've ordered several times from them and this was never an issue. Now all of a sudden it is?! What kind of crap is this? They took my address at the beginning, like usual, with no issue. Then the supervisor was saying how it couldn't have been from Jet's, since it's too far. When I put pressure on him that it was, then he relents and said "They probably didn't know better." When I described the delivery guy, he said "...nope...doesn't sound familiar." Jets pizza is my favorite, ABSOLUTE favorite!!! The Wheaton location is where we order from mostly. We reside in Carol Stream and they deliver. I attempted to phone in an order for delivery tonight and was informed by the representative who answered due to corporate changing some things regarding location, I am now outside they're delivery range! The representative then went on to say if i come in for pickup he'd give a good deal. I have little kids and just got off my shift from the hospital, I have no energy to get them re-dressed to travel, which Is why we prefer delivery. Im not sure if the representative who answered fabricated that or not but if they were short on driver's I would've went for that vs what he...
