Main Street Pizza — Restaurant in Wheeler Township

I must say the pizza is good, but the manager is extremely rude. I called a couple of days before my birthday, asking if they would honor my free "personal pan pizza ", as I have been a great customer since 1998. My daughter from Midland and boyfriend from Bay City and sister in Breckenridge are as well. After the snotty woman said "absolutely NOT.. IM OFF WEDNESDAY NOV 9TH, new person here that day /She WONT HONOR YOUR BIRTHDAY A DAY EARLY "!... I decided to drive to St Louis where they will!! It's a few minutes farther away, but poor customer service and rude behavior go a long way. I'm asking my entire family to boycott Breckenridge Main St. We will patronize St Louis. The blonde who smokes out front/ manager is a piece of work. Please boycott this place....

Have always loved their pizza, we order it on a regular. Tonight I sent my husband to pickup an order, a Turkey sub and a small order of breadsticks. He brought it back and it was a roast beef sub not Turkey, no biggie, I still planned on eating it. Then I start opening it and the bread was completely raw and doughy, how that happens and goes unnoticed is beyond me. Great food and friendly employees! Sometimes it may take a while given the labor shortages, but they always try their best to provide speedy service.

On 2 occasions i have had to wait longer than expected. Each time i was provided with either a discount or a free order of breadsticks for the hassle.
