bb.q Chicken Arlington Heights — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

I recently learned of this place from family and since then I've ordered here a number of times. bb.q Chicken has some of the best chicken I've had to date. I'm especially happy about all their various boneless options (since I don't like chicken with the bone). My personal favorites include the Cheesling and the Galbi. There's a wide variety of flavors to choose from too, from sweet and savory to mild and spicy (which also has various "spice levels").

The service is excellent as well. I've never actually dined in (I've always ordered for pick up). But my orders have never been wrong and were clearly prepared with the utmost care. The staff is polite and attentive. And while I've never eaten inside the restaurant, I will say the inside looks very nice and clean. The atmosphere is also quite pleasant, especially if you're fan of K-pop and the like.

My family and I love coming here! Kid friendly, super clean here and we are always greeted sweetly by the owners and staff and they are so accommodating! One of our go to restaurants. We are always craving their food since there are a lot of tasty options~

Few of our top favs! Honey garlic and gangjeong have been the top flavors fried chicken for us, perfect amount of spice and flavor and the chicken is nice and crunchy on the outside

Their boneless options are good too pleasantly juicy on the inside with a nice crispy texture

rose ddeok-bokki- the rice cakes perfectly cooked not too chewy not too hard perfectt texture and the flavors are so delicious. If you don’t have a high spice tolerance this can be a good alternative for you instead of regular ddeok-bokki

Kimchi fried rice- delicious can’t go wrong ordering this dish here!

BBQ Chicken is one of my favorite places to go for a small hangout with friends, and I dont know if this girl is new or not but she has the worst service. I came in Sunday during dinner time and there was nobody in the restaurant and she never gave us any water or anything. And I have been seeing her often. She always has earphones in and is always on her phone and is very slow. I ordered online one time and when I came to pick up my food was already out and ready but she just stood there doing nothing, like does she want me to pack it myself??? The place is most times not too busy, she can hurry up. This place used to my favorite with the other old worker here and now I go to a different store just to have better service. Please fix...
