Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wheeling

Terrible service!!! I've never had a good experience with this location, but tonight takes the cake for sure. I placed my online order today at 9:13 PM with an expected wait time of 30-40 minutes, which is perfectly reasonable. The online tracker had said my order was checked and ready by around 9:30. At 10 after hearing nothing from them I called to follow up. The employee said not to trust the tracker and that it didn't take into account the other customers they were already busy taking care of. He then proceeded to insult me by letting me know that they don't deliver to my location at night because it is too dangerous (although they have delivered at night to my address on multiple occasions since I moved to Wheeling). He said that they would do me a favor since I placed my order online and didn't know and deliver to me anyways once his driver was back to the store. At 10:41 I receive a call from the driver saying that he is on the way but stuck in traffic and that his manager wanted me to know. Then at 11:11 (two hours after placing my order), I received another call from the driver saying that he is still stuck in traffic andthat his manager wanted to know if I wanted to just cancel my order instead! No follow-up from the manager whatsoever...he simply left a teenager to do his dirty work and tell me that I had been waiting for nothing, now that pretty much all of their competitorsthat I could have ordered from have finished their deliveries for the night. I will not be ordering from Domino's again,...

Ordered an X-tra large pizza with various toppings, including X-tra cheese and shredded provolone. Did not get ANY extra cheese at all and no provolone! I also ordered the 14 piece boneless chicken. Each piece was child size! What robbery! I called and complained. I received a store credit so tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and 14 wings. Again, one of the pizzas was supposed to have extra cheese. There was only cheese on half the pie. I even had a slice with no cheese on it at all! The wings were super fatty and they only gave me 13 and they were small. Also, I ordered 4 ranch dressings and received 2. I called and asked to speak to the manager. It seems that anyone who picks up the phone is 'the manager'. I shouted at her (harsh, I know) and explained how it is inconceivable for people not to be able to count to four, also, how disappointed I was in them and their food, which used to be pretty good. If I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS! You never know what you'll get or not get, for that matter. I am from Manhattan - I know pizza! Their Brooklyn crust is in NO WAY a NY crust and now they make it thinner than ever. I suppose they have never been to the big apple or tasted...

Well...Ordered by phone to pick up pizza when it was done.Get there thinking great deal three topping lrg. Pizza for just $7. 99 Just bought the same pizza earlier thus week and it was really.good. However. that was not how it was tonight I get there and the girl at the counter ask how may she help me.I answered her she says do you see your name up there and points to a light up board on the wall I told her no it was not there.Then she tells me to give him my phine number and he can look me up.He proceeds to funish his phine call.then answers the company phone takes an order.goes to the drive thru window.Meanwhile I am standing there still waiting to be served.Ater about fifteen minutes she realizes he has not helped me cimes over and ajed me my number.
