Kegler's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Whidbey Island

This is the last time I buy any food from this place. I bought the Monday Night bowling special of $.50 wings. First, I had to wait 5 minutes while the lady operating the register decided to show up to take my order. The cook yelled for her several times and actually had to come out from the grill to get her. I ordered the wings and asked that the BBQ sauce be placed on the side. After waiting 30 minutes I finally was buzzed for my order and when I received my basket of wings, I was surprised to see that my chicken wings were literally swimming in BBQ sauce. After wiping off most of the BBQ sauce, the taste was just awful. It was like eating a rubber tire.

The majority of people I've talked to expressed the same concern about not liking the food served in this place. I'll have to ad that customer service is not there either. I've heard that the chicken wraps were good, but after the bad experience I just had, I won't be coming back...

After waiting 30 minutes after ordering a burger the counter staff said it would be another 10 minutes, they did even start it in 30 minutes. I took back my money and will never go back. The short menu time that starts at 2pm should be changed to the full menu. Not having a cook to satisfy the entire menu needs to be addressed.
