Not a bad place for pho. But it's different from Pho places maybe because of the homeless in the area or people ended up walking off not paying for their food? I don't know. My wife and I walked in, we sat down then the owner said, “Here’s the menu. You order from here.” I got up from my seat and walked towards her to look at the menu and placed the order. I also had to prepay and tip before I could go back and sit down. I asked her, “Where do I pick up my food?” She replied, “I’ll bring it to you.” I said, “Thank you,” then went back to my seat. The noodle was clumpy and overcooked. You can tell because they are in short pieces, but also clump together. The soup tasted pretty good though.

First time being there, but the people I went with had been there before. They both said the prices jumped since last year. The food wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out as a must have again. It was bland. We did order drinks too, avocado and mixed berry. They were okay ish, I have had better. The black tapioca was not good. The people seemed nice enough, but the whole place just felt underwhelming.

Rich broth, good service, excellent sides. This place stands out in a sea of pho places in white center with it's cheap tasty food and outstanding accessibility. I didn't try the drinks, but the pho was rich in flavor and tasty chunks, the egg roll was crisp and hot, and the spring rolls were fresh.

Business hours is to 9pm. Came in at 8:30pm when the open sign still on. The cashier lady was nice but the other 2 in the kitchen were not, completely not. These 2 people yelling and talking loud so customers could here them in every corners of the restaurant. The content of annoying yelling was about complaining me, as a customer, because I came to order togo at 8:30pm when they hadn't even turned of the open sign. One of the 2 walked to me and recommended that the noodles should not be dipped briefly in boiling water and wanted me to do it when I get home. I understand the reason but I told them I was not coming home; I bought Pho for my friends and we were just 5mins away. Her saying is because she was lazy and didn't want to boil the water. She kept saying that until the cashier lady asked her to please the customer. And the annoying yelling continued until I got my order. What a terrible restaurant service!

I don't think you 2 can ever change your attitude of serving customers but if you are reading this and you care, my only suggestion is to turn off the open sign at 8:00 sharp. Then do the cleaning and you can get home early. Otherwise, stop yelling and COMPLAINING...

A neighbor recommended this place for the Pho, which we were picking up for a friend and decided to order a few things for ourselves. Wife got the terriyaki and I tried the BBQ Pork Banh Mi. The chicken tasted ok, but didn't look or taste grilled at all. The portion is eclipsed by the amount of rice they give you, but I've come to expect that from everywhere these days. Banh Mi sandwich was really disappointing though. Again , the meet was greyish, and extremely gristly/fatty and not grilled or barbecued at all either in taste or appearance. It was thinly sliced which really made all the fat noticeable. It also comes without the pickled daikon and carrot mixture, and a generous portion of lettuce....which i have never had a banh mi ever! I had my wife try it and she agreed that it just didn't taste like a Banh Mi and pointed out that the roll was also not toasted. Maybe the Pho is decent, I'll have to ask our friend but neither my wife or I would go here again,...

First, salad rolls/spring rolls were horrible! Pho is OK, not good, not bad, but OK. Service is about equal to any fast food place. Cleanliness is ok, not bad but tables were sticky on more than one trip.

Bubble tea is very good, but tapioca is not normally very fresh, usually ball all suck together.

But the big loss here is the salad rolls/spring rolls are HORRIBLE! Do not order them! I love salad rolls: shrimp, noodles, fresh herbs... what's not to love! But these are inedible. Lettuce with soggy noodles and shrimp wrapped in a rice wrapper. No mint or basil or whatever everywhere else uses, just a bunch of wet iceberg lettuce. And the noodles were so soggy they were like eating mush. I ordered 2 orders to go, got home and couldn't eat them. Went right into the garbage after a bite. Terrible. ...
