Wonderful facility!
So grateful to have KCLS in our communities.
I would like to see a better plan for handling homeless people that use the library for shelter and sleep. Not faulting the library at all - this is a much bigger issue of our society, but it is a problem for the patrons, especially for student study groups that need to use the study rooms. Why should I be fearful...my hobby is that of a writer/poet, and these treasure houses of books ARE THE PERFECT PLACES, no, not to hide from the world, but to find quiet and work space to continue to design and edit sentences, etc. I have often quipped to both staffs, if I could move in and eat out, I'd feel really at home. I mean, as a former school teacher, I love books. In fact, I may be one of the original word nerds. I Love deez...
