I am very sad to say that last nights service was horrible and the stores GM was unprofessional and a complete mess! None of the staff were wearing any gloves and after waiting 1hr and 30 mins for a delivery my awesome doordash driver waited to pick up I drove to the store and was treated just as badly as he had been. The food obviously had been sitting out for a while and was not edible. The GM didn’t want to speak or come to the front of the store at all but when he did I asked would he pay for or eat this if he was me and he literally walked off saying he would not deal with me. I will not be back until this store has been dealt with. The no gloves while preparing everyone’s order was only the tip of the iceberg but I’ve said enough already. But do trust my words go see for yourself...
Read moreJust know i will not order from this pizza hut again the manager was really rude and it's really funny to me when I always order from web sites and pay my monthly bills over the phone and happens to have no problem with the card going through I believe it may have something to do with i don't pay the workers a tip but it's not my fault they hate working at that place of what u call pizza hut 😂 I always thought domino's pizza was better anyways and dude also doesn't mind hanging up on his customers he really should be fired with him being miserable and all but wanna try and make everyone else...
Read morePut in an Order on the app, pizza hut charged my card and the manager Tommy let's me know he can't do anything about it. I put the order in a second time for cash and he won't break a $100 bill even though it is a $40+ dollar order and the reason I'm having to pay cash because they say they don't have the first order I placed.
We really need another pizza place that delivers as Tommy made it clear he doesn't care about his local customers.
I did send an email to corporate about the error (which happens with technology) and the poor service with Tommy...
