I had to wait what seemed like forever for someone to acknowledge the fact that I was standing there waiting to order. Actually I had to ask one of the managers if anyone was working the registers. The lady that took our order was friendly enough. My only issue was when she asked my patient what grade he was in and when he told her she gave him a funny look. I had to explain to her that he was a special needs child. I shouldn't have had to do that. She shouldn't have judged him like that. When we finally got our food, they forgot my big breakfast. My patient went up there and told them his nurse didn't get her food. When the man brought it out to me, the eggs were so runny, the juic from them was running down the plate into the sausage and biscuit. I took it back and told him.i couldn't eat the eggs like that. They needed to be cooked more. While I was waiting for them to recook my eggs, a couple went up and ordered. They got their food before I got my recooked eggs. I had to go back to the counter and ask about my breakfast. There were 2 managers on duty. In fact the man that was suppose to get my eggs recooked was one of them. One in drive thru(got that one) and one at curbside spot #1. I waited patiently at spot 1 until I seen someone get their order before me. I asked the employee what was taking so long on my order. The employee went in and came back out and requested proof. Showed her my order # on the app. She proceeds to go back in and came right back out asking for a picture. I got out of my car and went in. The manager asked for proof and I showed her and she said I was lying even with the proof. I then proceeded to ask for her bosses information. She argued with and stated no one was there but her.
