Taco Bell — Restaurant in White Oak

I think this establishment is in need of new management. Last night my husband and three children went to grab some yummy chicken for dinner after being at the Dr all day. It was awful. The chicken was soggy and slightly pink. As if it had been cooked for too short of time in old grease. I have plenty of cooking experience to make this assumption. Also my husband ordered the steak nachos with no pico and gaucamole. His nachos were a disgrace. No nacho cheese what so ever. I guess they ran out and thought it would be fine to just throw shredded cheese on it. So we called and made a complaint and they offered to make our meal again. They messed up the nachos AGAIN putting the pico and gaucamole on them and didn't even give us all out sides with our meal. The African American manager working at the time between 12-1 was rude to my husband as well. These people obviously don't care about their jobs very much. Im sure the cooperate can find people who actually want to work to replace these...

I used to love this place but it is not the same. I took my cousin there a few months ago after he got off work and we ended up sitting in the drive through for twenty minutes with only one car in front of us. I went through the drive through on my way home from work a few weeks ago, when I got home I realized half of my order was wrong and the other half was hastily done. Then, over the past several weeks my mother has gotten her and my dad food from there exactly twice. Both times it has been the same meal and both times she has gotten very sick. I don't know what made her sick, if it was the food itself or if there was something that didn't agree with her...but it was the same thing she has always ordered and it had never made her ill before those teo times.

The atmosphere is still relaxing and I do love the new look the place has...but I don't think I will eat there again anytime soon. I will still get drinks there after work on some days...but I will not eat...

My whole order was messed up! The Cinnabon delights are normally the highlight of the meal and they were absolutely terrible! It's like they gave us a 12pk that was sitting on the counter for 3 days and were hard as a rock. All tacos that were requested to be soft without lettuce ended up being hard shelled with enough lettuce on one to make 6 tacos. Definitely not managing their food cost very well. There was maybe a few slivers of cheese so I guess they made up for the overdoing of the lettuce that way. Every item we ordered had the incorrect ingredients on it including our drinks. I never thought that could be possible but I guess it is. Needless to say this was a very disappointing experience that I hope never happens again or to anyone else. You always get that craving where you just really look forward to chowing down on some of your much desired grubbage only to experience a total disaster. It will be a good while before we head back to this location...
