I really don’t know how to start this because my experience was so bad. there were seven of us in our group, and we sat down and ordered our food and waited. I was the first to get my food after the appetizer of fried green beans which were overcooked almost burnt. Four of us in the group ordered their so-called prime rib. I ordered the king cut and the look more like the jester’s cut with a big globe of fat and hardly anything there. when the waitress set it down before me she left again. I had no silverware to eat it and it got extremely cold until she came back everybody else got there queen cut And it was twice as big as my so-called king cut. It was supposed to have been Rare, but it was medium. It took another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back around and she brought food one item at a time for everybody. Some people had just baked potatoes. Some had their prime rib. I still only had my prime rib. When she started bringing back the rest of our food, it came all at once we got our salads along with our baked potatoes and everything else we had on order. One person in our group had the pork tenderloin. It was so cold she could not eat it and we left it there. She didn’t even want to take it home to warm it up it was that bad! Our baked potatoes were hard. I had to use my steak knife to cut it and cut into the potato to add butter and sour cream along with two other people that had the baked potatoes. All four of us that ordered the prime rib asked for carry out containers to take home. We did not eat it at the restaurant it was that bad! The supposedly sautéed mushrooms look like they were from a can, and I got probably a little over a tablespoon of them on my prime rib. It was the worst dining experience I ever had! The first photo from left to right was my supposedly king cut the second photo was a queen cut that made mine look like a children’s port And the third picture was a good size queen cut but it was rare just like I ordered, but I did...
Read moreFirst off, the pictures you see when you look this place up on Maps are not correct. That is not their menu. That's the old one. They have a new one with less things. If you get a burger or sandwich, you have to PAY for your toppings! The toppings don't come on it so you have to pay for them! It even says on the menu and prices. Prices for meals are good. All appetizers are $6 no matter what you get or the size. A lot of meals come with chips instead of fries which is BS. It's $2 for fries! There were drunk people sitting next to us which was annoying. 1 waitress, 1 bartender and 1 cook. Also they did not greet us and tell us we could sit anywhere. Keep in mind this is bar food and basically a bar and not an actual restaurant. If you're passing through and you don't want the typical "fast food" like McDonald's or something then yes, I'd recommend. Don't have high hopes going in like I did. Also very limited...
Read moreThe food is inexpensive and good, but one thing ruined our experience. I went here with 4 family members. We ordered, and 25 minutes later, other people walked in. The chef (in a wife beater) spoke with them, and they seemed like his friends or something. Well, they got their food first, ate it, got to-go boxes, and left before we even GOT our food. I was embarrassed since they were visiting me and I recommended trying this place. It took OVER an hour to get our food, while they were almost empty when we came in, and we ordered mostly burgers. The server was amazing, but the cook clearly making his friends' food first really ruined everything. This is how...
