I came in for partial highlights—wanted to refresh my caramel and blonde with some red. Instead, I walked out with an all-over red, no dimension underneath, and a bright orange and black patch right at my hairline. No blending, no depth—just a mess. I tried to love it, but everyone who’s seen it has said “Yikes.” Even the stylist struggled to get a good picture of the finished look. LOL

This wasn’t my first issue either. A few weeks earlier, I brought my daughter in for tinsel and it wasn’t even blended—the metal strands were totally exposed. Between that and this color disaster, it’s clear there’s a serious lack of quality and attention to detail here.

My fiancé went in for a haircut for his wildly overgrown mullet and provided the stylist a photo of what he wanted his mullet to look like. Not only did his haircut look nothing like the photo but his mullet is basically gone. He spent 2-3 years to grow out his mullet and now he has to do it again. My mom and my sister recommended this salon and I didn’t realize it just opened a year ago. I scheduled my appointment through their website, something a lot of place don’t have. Haircuts come with an optional shampooing and conditioning so I definitely took advantage of that! Emilee was my stylist and I LOVED how she cut my hair.
