House of Twin Bays Flowers — Local services in White Pigeon Township

I have never been more humiliated in my life! I had an accident 2 weeks ago and my best friend in another state called to order flowers for me. When I got them I thought oh how cute and I took a picture to show my friend and she was instantly angry. The flowers I got were no where near what she had ordered. Half the size it should have been and lacking 4 of the 6 roses that should have been in it and the rest were the cheap flowers you can buy at Wal-Mart. When my friend called to ask what went wrong she was treated badly , told that the higher priced flowers were in the back of the vase but all that was there was greenery and she was spoken to in a vulgar manner and was hung up on. My friend then went to her local florist with the picture and asked them about it and they told her that she had been charged double what those flowers were worth. So the florist called Twin Bays and she was also talked to in a vulgar manner and told to never call again and got hung up on. I started using the House of Twin Bays Flowers & Gifts in 1994 to send flowers to my grandfather's grave site. It has been 22 years and I cannot express the deep gratitude I have for the owner and personnel that have worked at this business over the years. I would call in my orders from all of the world, since I was in the military, and these compassionate people would trudge through the dead of winter, in Michigan, to place the arrangements on February 5th . So many times over the years the wind chill would be monstrous and the snow would be waste high on a Sunday and they still delivered my memorial. They even wrote down a note that I would provide over the phone and place within the arrangement.

Since I live in so many places and reside in another part of the country I have never had to chance to thank them in person for all that they have done for me over the years, so this review is just a tiny token of my heartfelt appreciation.
