I was very dis-satisfied today with both food and service. I ordered a blizzard at drive thru. Asked for heath and strawberry. Got it and parked and when taking off lid it was so soupy! It was more soupy than a milk shake would have been! I went back to drive thru and told the guy. He said "its going to be soupy because of the strawberry". I told him I had had that exact blizzard many times and it had never been soupy like that but if thats the case, this time leave strawberry out. When pulling around then to window he handed me the blizzard in a very diliberate way and was very curt as well. The bottom of the cup was more back toward him and top forward to me. There was no lid so when he handed it to me, almost shoving it in my hand ice cream spattered on my car and myself. He immediately then slammed the window! There is no doubt he knew exactly what he did, NONE! I'm pretty easy going in nature and not overly picky. If thats how your employees are going to treat your customers you DO NOT DESERVE my business! I will NEVER COME BACK! Dairy Queen has a policy of " if it drips it's free" when turning over cup, so I really wasn't asking for anything not offered or given as policy to ANY other customer. I didn't even ask for or get a refund. All I wanted was what I ordered. Not a milk shake, not a nasty thick drink. It is unacceptable to have been treated as I was and not likely to EVER forget it! I'm 57 years old and have never once my entire life been spattered with the food I ordered by the employee I ordered it...
Read moreThis was my first time at a dairy queen and I won't be going again, the workers were nice but very clueless. We ordered 6 items of blizzards and milkshakes. They were put in a drink carrier thing (on didn't fit so it was help separately). I witnessed a milkshake tumble out of the carrier through the window but the worker caught it, ok fine, but suspicious. The window worker then gives us the carrier first, although she sees that the drink is not secure, she tries to hand it to us and the same one falls out spilling down the car window and on my friend (who is the driver). I grab the carrier of blizzards and milkshakes and get milkshake all over me as well, and the milkshake is still not securely in the carrier. 1. why weren't we given a new milkshake or maybe 2 smaller ones so that they could fit in the carriers properly? Clearly milkshake was spilled and there was no remedy offered to replace the item, let alone clean the car with milkshake down in the window crevice. Shouldn't an ice-cream place with a drive through window be prepared with proper car...
Read moreDear Manager or Franchise Owner, please take this review seriously if you want your business to succeed. I have visited this particular Dairy Queen location multiple times and today will be the last. Previous experience with the lack of customer service from your employees and undercooked food should have been my warning sign; alas, I am a glutton for punishment and decided to give you one more shot. Today, I ordered two large blizzards and received (basically) one and a half. The blonde-haired girl was too lazy to refill the ice cream machine and told her coworker, "Oh, he won't notice it's only half full." Well girlfriend, I noticed. This is one of the many examples of the horrible customer service received and lack of incompetence of your employees. I realize it is only a blizzard, but I am tired of experiencing these types of issues with your store. Please...
