Mr. Taco Jr #2 — Restaurant in Whitehouse

Edit: I'm moving this from 3 stars to 1 star. I moved close to this location and wanted to believe in it because it is handy for me. I have eaten here about 10 times in the last month and I finally decided I like the crispy tacos and small combination burritos. Everything else is not good and expensive. In these 10 visits there are usually mistakes I have been willing to overlook, such as not taking my order right. I'll order 3 tacos and get my order home and discover they only gave me 2. They have done this a few times. They only charged for 2, but I wanted 3! Also they have asked which sauce I preferred. I get the red, and I'll get home and see they gave me green. These mistakes have happened so often I feel it is personal. It has to be. After the last visit I'm almost certain. A friend and I pulled up to get some food and the girl was impatient with us ordering and "rolled her eyes", when I told her we weren't done ordering after only ordering a few items. Very unfriendly and felt unwelcome. Won't be back and I'm finally done. I will tell everyone I know about what this place is doing. I don't care how good or bad the food is I won't tolerate being treated like that because your employee wants to get off work early at 1:20 pm. Your sign says you are open until 2pm. Thats another thing. Me and my kids came by another day after 12:30pm and you were already closed. Believe on a Saturday. Your internet hours say 2pm for that day. In any case people should beware of this place. Especially if you don't look like the people that work here. I feel thats the problem...

Taste is hit or miss. The food is overpriced for what it is. The specials change daily and it's best to take advantage of them. Best tasting items on the menu are the breakfast tacos as the flour tortillas are made to order. Wait times can get lengthy. Drive thru only. Staff is very friendly with the exception of when a male in his 40's who was working the window once and treated me like an idiot when I ask for the lunch special around 12:30pm. They were out of it by then somehow and the worst of it is I think this guy might have been the owner. His poor attitude makes the numerous food options around this place much...

I was thoroughly impressed with my recent visit to Mr. Taco#2, particularly with their breakfast tacos. The daily specials are a notable feature that adds a fresh and exciting dimension to the menu, setting this establishment apart from many others.
