I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bella Pasta Haven, and I must say, the experience was an absolute delight. As a connoisseur of Italian cuisine, I have high expectations when it comes to spaghetti, and Bella Pasta Haven exceeded every one of them.
From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and warm Italian decor set the perfect mood for a delightful meal. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were attentive throughout the evening, making me feel like a valued guest.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show ā the spaghetti. I ordered their signature Spaghetti al Pomodoro, and it was a true masterpiece. The pasta was perfectly al dente, a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail. The sauce was a harmonious blend of rich, velvety tomato goodness, infused with the aromatic notes of fresh basil and a hint of garlic. Each bite was a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate, leaving me craving more.
What truly impressed me was the use of high-quality ingredients. The tomatoes tasted as if they were plucked straight from the vine, and the pasta had a genuine artisanal texture that you rarely find in restaurants these days. It was evident that the chef takes pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients for their dishes.
Accompanying the spaghetti was a basket of freshly baked garlic bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was the perfect companion to soak up every last bit of that delectable sauce.
As for dessert, I couldn't resist trying their Tiramisu, and it was the perfect finale to an exquisite meal. The delicate layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone were divine, and I savored each spoonful until the very last bite.
Bella Pasta Haven is more than just a restaurant; it's a haven for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine. The attention to detail, the impeccable service, and the unforgettable flavors make it a gem worth visiting again and again. If you're a spaghetti enthusiast like me, do yourself a favor and make a reservation at Bella Pasta Haven ā you won't be disappointed....

Thatās when I remembered multiple people recommending Bella Italian Cafe Restaurant in Tyler, although I would consider it Flintš¤·š¼āāļø. I also recall many people talking about one dish in particular. The Lobster Ravioliš
I arrived and was greeted instantly by a sweet young lady. She took me over to my table and within minutes, another waitress arrived to get my drink order. She was also very kind.
I decided to look over the menu, although I already knew what I wanted. Iām glad I did because I saw an appetizer that I absolutely had to have. It was the Shrimp Cognac (5 jumbo shrimp sauteed in a cognac cream sauce). This ended up being my favorite dish.
Shortly after placing my order, the waitress brought out some warm bread. I believe it had some garlic butter on top. It was delicious. Before I could finish the bread, my appetizer arrived.
The shrimp themselves were perfectly cooked. The sauce, although a bit on the salty side, was full of flavor!!! I used my remaining bread to clean the plate lol.
By this time, I was damn near full, but Iām not a quitter. The Lobster Ravioli showed up in all its glory. I dove right in. The ravioli was cooked to perfection, as well as the the lobster itself, which I feel like they did not skimp on at all. The white wine sauce was very rich and creamy and the fresh tomatoes and basil really brought it all together.
Just when I thought I couldnāt go on, the Cannoli showed upš¤š¼. I took one bite and called it. It was incredible by the way.
I highly recommend Bellaās if youāre looking for some great Italian cuisine at a reasonable price.
I got a side of the cognac sauce and some bread to-go. It was that good š
I stole the picture of the outside of the building from google. There were people walking out as I was walking in. I wasnāt about to be āthat guyā and bust...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went to Bella Italian Cafe for the first time this afternoon and it was divine. I am very much a food person, and love when a restaurant cooks with fresh ingredients, where it feels like home. We ordered the Shrimp Cognac as an appetizer because one of the previous reviews recommended it. The sauce the shrimp comes bathing in is delicious, and like our courteous waiter suggested we dipped and soaked the garlic bread in it which was also glorious. It was heavenly enough that I would not allow him to take the plate with the left over sauce, because I did not want it to go to waste. I determined very quickly it was going home with me ( I will be surprised if it makes it in my fridge overnight without getting eaten). For my entree I ordered the lobster ravioli which was delectable and reasonably priced. My husband ordered the veal parmigiana which he said was satisfying as well, and we took home a to go order of chicken parmigiana for our children. Now for the less fun part but also important the restaurant had a quaint home like feel, was clean, and decorated nicely. The restroom was clean and maintained. The waiter we had was fantastic. He came to our table just the right amount of times to check on us, keep our glasses filled, and make sure we were enjoying everything. He was kind and worked hard. We will...
