We come to this Taco Bell all the time we always order through the app I always come through the drive-thru. Every time we have missing items my boyfriend has reported the items missing several times through the app and never through the survey and he has never heard anything back about being replaced or getting his money back for those items. The lady that works to drive through all the time is rude even one time she wrote on the receipt when she was pulling cars forward "white man white SUV" on the receipt. This time we ordered our food and it was messed up once again. I also had an issue in the Drive-Thru because I ordered the dragon fruit freeze you were out she asked if I wanted a different freeze and I didn't but she didn't ask me if I wanted a different drink I still paid for a drink. But I went in after the drive-thru and the lady working the front gave me a large cup when I explained the situation and showed her that I'm upcharged on my box meal 80 cents for a freeze and I would at least like a drink. After that I got home and I was trying to sort through my son's burrito and my boyfriend's burrito they both had cheesy double beef burritos but different. All three burritos were not marked or even rolled correctly I had to open all three burritos and that's when I discovered my boyfriend's burritos were not grilled they didn't have chipotle sauce and they didn't have extra fiesta strips and he was charged 60 cents for chipotle sauce and he was charged 60 cents for fiesta strips. I am so tired of the Flint Taco Bell I have never had so many issues ever it is every visit something is messed up I should not have to order my burritos through the app then go through the drive-thru window and open the burritos before I leave. Taco Bell does not pay my gas to come pick my order up they also don't pay my gas to replace my order or replace my items or fix them. Honestly they should be right the first time I could understand sometimes but when I came through there was one car behind me and one car in front of me they were not super busy. Read moreI should start by giving credit to one of the managers on duty for gaining back a star by acknowledging me and repeatedly asking where my order was when no one seemed to have time to come to the front counter. That being said, the order took a very, very long wait to get and I'm not quite sure if it was understaffing or prioritizing drive through, but there was really no one attending the counter. I can understand behind short handed, but my bigger problem was that they made such a big deal about something so trivial that they should be embarrassed for their store. I was waiting on an online order to delivery it, and I heard them saying there's no sauce on the ticket. I asked said manager (or collared shirt lady anyway) to toss a few of each in there please. She repeated that the ticket didn't say any sauce. So I waited till it was done and asked the girl handing it to me for some sauce so they won't be upset about it. I've hardly ever seen someone so immediately put out and she also stated, 'there's none requested on the ticket, so. . . ' Seriously. A staring contest over something So trivial. Unfortunately, that's my tip on the line for such sad service. The actual customer was very understanding; thankfully it was a face to face order so I could explain the lack of condiments. Read moreAsked for 3 old style bean and beef burritos with no red sauce and some diablo sauce and the girl asked what I said, and I politely raised my voice and told her again and she said it back to me right, so I wasn't really worried that they would mess my order up so I paid and went along my way. halfway down the road I popped one of them out of the rapper and started eating it and noticed a bunch of chewy lettuce and the sauce was not Diablo sauce it is mild. It was so terrible. After I got home I looked at my receipt and it says 3 beef supreme burritos with no red sauce. next time I'm going to take my time at the window and make sure all of my food is right sorry for the people behind me but you should do the same.
