Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Ordered a Chicken garlic sauce with white rice and I opened to only find 3-4 piece of thinly sliced pieces of chicken. The box was full of just veggies which didn’t look that fresh either. Took it back within 10 mins of picking it up to ask them if they can replace it and the lady opens the box and points at the little pieces of chicken and tell us that no one has ever complained about it and that we ate the chicken before we brought it in. We then asked for a refund and then she tells us that if she refunds us that we won’t be able to order from there again. We said fine, took the money and left. Never been so disappointed with a Chinese restaurant like this ever before. Horrible customer service. Rude Asian lady working...

I ordered from here before and the food was terrible. I tried to give a second chance and ordered with coworkers today for delivery. I ordered a shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce and no rice. What I got was broccoli and garlic sauce no shrimp. Called to let them know my order was messed up and the VERY RUDE lady told me they were not bringing me another order and if I didn’t like it don’t order from them again. Like wow, how you mess up my order and then tell ME don’t order again because YOU made a mistake. No worries. I won’t. And I’ll send a company wide email to the 900 plus employees here and let them know not to order also.

PS.... I usually order from Lucky Star on Ridge Pike. They have good food AND service.

First of all the few Karens who wrote negative n dramatic reviews ab this restaurant r mostly just entitled weirdos who r never happy and always lookin to ruin a business lover anything. My wife n I each ordered here for the first time and each got the General dinner delivered. It arrived in just 25 min. and was hot, fresh, accurate, and friendly driver. The portions were large and was honestly the best General Tso we've had from anywhere throughout the entire area.The chicken was hot&crispy and covered with the perfect sauce. It came with egg roll and fried rice. Each dinnner combo was only $10.70 each. It's hard nowadays to get such a fresh, delicious, and generous 3 course meal...
