Toyosu Sushi & Poke — Restaurant in Whitemarsh Township

The people that run this restaurant are racist! Went here today with my boyfriend, while I went to get food, he had to run to the bathroom really bad. He was waiting for someone to come out due to it being occupied, once the person came out he used the bathroom…the person before him lost their phone thought it was in the bathroom and they rushed in right after he used it. They couldn’t find it and the owner appeared immediately telling my bf that he’s calling the cops on him, my boyfriend even allowed for the owner to search him to show he didn’t steal it. Not even 2 mins later the person finds their phone at the counter in the front of the store! Owner didn’t have the nerve to apologize for racially profiling...

They are giving NIrvana across the street a run for their money for my favorite restaurant in Lafayette Hill! Charming little spot in the same shopping center as Wawa (but on the other side), they serve up some great sushi and poke dishes. They're very cognizant of food allergies (e.g., gluten) and were very careful when preparing my wife's poke bowl to keep it all gluten-free.

Their poke bowls are delicious, with great flavors added on from the different sauces and such. The gentleman preparing the poke bowls seems to tinker a bunch with different flavors, which make for a great experience. We'll be...

My husband and I just finished eating here, and we have a new favorite sushi spot! Here, you'll find a few standard sushi roll options (eg. salmon, California, etc.), but where this place really shines is the specialty rolls (try the New Philadelphia roll and Toyosu roll!)! The combinations are creative, and they definitely don't skimp on portion sizes or the quality of the ingredients they use.
