8/23/24- Yet another update— I normally order the same thing all the time at Dunkin’ Donuts and not only did it take them 10 minutes to make a coffee, the young lady lied about giving me decaf coffee when I clearly saw the girl grind decaf coffee beans, put them in the decaf side of the machine, brew the coffee into a decaf dispenser and when I told her it was decaf, she said “no it’s not, we just switched container”. I know people aren’t very bright these days, but how stupid does she think I am when I’m standing there watching them the whole time? 3/23/24: Update: I get it they don’t make the donuts in-house any more, however this place has to be the WORST run DD I have been to recently. I order the same thing every time and the least they could do is have FRESH as donuts. I go early enough. Also, the employees are sort of on the rude side. They ignore certain people when they enter and then don’t greet them properly. I’m not looking for special treatment, but I do expect courtesy and professionalism. I get this area is short on that, but I guess it’s the owners attitude that rubs off on the employees. OK so I’m going to Dunkin’ Donuts and I noticed they don’t have any sugar raised donuts. So I asked the guy behind the counter I see you’re out of sugar raised donuts? He says we don’t carry them and I see really since when and he says we never carry them. So I state well that’s not true because a couple of months ago I bought two sugar raised donuts, and a coffee and in the weeks prior as well. Well that interaction with that owner or whatever he was really led to the termination of my relationship with Dunkin’ Donuts. I really dislike people lying to me to my face and get indignant, as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for over 40 years and this new Dunkin’ Donuts is the one that ended that relationship. In addition, the people that work there, they appear to be pretty miserable. No one smiles. No one even greets the customers. I will now instead go find a local shop that is nicer to...
Read moreWe have been coming to this location the past 2 months spending $50 to $60 dollars a week and from day one we had a slite issue with the drive through female Jenna all because we got ice water and it had another flavor in it, so we asked for another water! I finally said its all good just give me a bottle water! Numerous times we have to say the same thing over and over at drive thru and all we request is scoops of ice-cream without a lid because when you pull it off it leaks on our clothes and inside the car, another time the ice-cream was literally running off the lid before we even got it handed to use out the window! Also on another visit the coffee was very bitter and no matter the sweetener it doesn't help so we just got stuck on ice-cream and that particular night the guy made it over and we just asked to get our money back. We continued going because we just wanted ice-cream without a lid (how can you mess that communication up) Tonight we went there and tried too get 2scoops of ice-cream without a lid....Jenna at the drive thru told us to pull around.....then stated her manager Mike Patel said not to serve yall! We thought it was a joke at 1st because we thought we had a great rapport with her because she usually after the 1st mishap got our order correctly each time....no she said that employees state we cause problems each time we come...wow...mind you...all we ask for is ice-cream without a lid!! These young folk are rude, no home training and we feel we were racially profiled now! Especially after reading so many bad Google Reviews.....but they still got served.....we were told we couldn't even place a order? Unbelievable!! We getting reprimanded because as a customer we have rights and if we request NO LIDS....what is...
Read moreMy wife and I came in and ordered two of the newly advertised $6.00 breakfast combos including a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, some potato disks and either a hot coffee or an iced coffee. I asked about replacing the coffee with a small soda. But the girl behind the counter was adamant that there were "No Substitutions." So I ordered the regular coffee.
Now the coffee was just shy of boiling, so I was in for a temperature surprise. I took too big gulp and had to spit some out because of it's temperature. Once the coffee cooled down a little it was quite good. But that was way after the sandwich and potato discs were eaten. The sandwich has always been good, though this one was quite dry. I asked if I could get some mayo packets for both the sandwich and potatoes; but was informed that Dunkin only carried catsup.
The service was great, but I likely won't be back because of the little things described above. I will still shop there when I want a...
