I have never eaten here, but I delivered food to someone who works there, but the older man with an accent has the worst customer service I have seen in my entire life, I walked in to deliver a order to his coworker, and he wouldn’t even look up from his phone to talk , I walked up to him and said his coworkers name for the delivery, and he just proceeds to keep on telling me there is no delivery there, well staring down at his phone, even after I repeat the address and name he just goes “no order”. After searching around for a bit his coworker calls me and says that I had the right place originally. This place as a franchise is mediocre at BEST. after being in Thailand, Hawaii, California, I can tell you this is by far the worst Tealux I've ever been to. The folks who service you (besides the girl, she's nice), are rude. The Boba tastes cheap.
O2 lounge compared to this has way better service, free samples , and gives you best boba tea outside of Chicago.
I'll change my review if they stop having garbage service and poor quality...
