I am very disappointed with this specific location. This is not the first time I have had issues. As a matter of fact since this pandemic has taken over everyone’s life I feel the quality of service and food at this specific location has gone way downhill. 5536 Boulder Highway Las Vegas NV 89122. There have been multiple times that I have ordered online and not received an item that I order. Usually I have just let it go, because it is usually a $1 item and I figure I will give them the benefit of the doubt because things are tough all over the place. But when I am spending $40-$50 every time I order, I am expecting my food to be fresh and hot when it gets to my place as well as all items be there. This incident that just happened 10/23 was really upsetting to me. When my order arrived it was cold. My fries tasted stale, as if they had been sitting for awhile. My burgers did not even taste fresh. I ordered a side salad for my 5 year old who is a very picky eater and wanted a salad. When the restaurant got my order, they knew I ordered a salad but could not call me to let me know that they did not have this item. So my food was dropped off with no salad. I called the restaurant right away. When I called the phone rang almost 10-15 times before someone answered. Again giving them the benefit of the doubt that they may have been really busy. I spoke with someone named Angel. She told me that they were out of the side salads and that they were unable to contact me because I ordered online and they had no way to get my phone number. She also stated that she had asked the door dasher who was to deliver my order if they had a number to contact me. Supposedly the dasher did not. Which is a lie because when you order from the website, I have it set to auto fill my information. That includes my phone number. Every other time I do not have to enter my information, the door dasher has my number because they call me when they arrive or are about to arrive most have to call me when they arrive at my place because they can’t get in the gate. So when I asked Angel about getting something else that my child might want she told me that she could not have someone deliver it. So I asked her what she was going to do to resolve the problem. She then just apologized again for me not getting an item there was nothing she could do about that because they did not have my number. At this point I did not even complain to her about the food quality because we had not even sat down to eat yet. It was when I got off the phone with Angel, who did nothing, to resolve my problem, that I noticed the rest of my food was gross. I should have rejected the food, but I had it in the notes to leave at door. The paper bag that the food came in was not sealed as it should have been. That is the responsibility of Burger King to provide the safety in the delivery. I have pictures to prove that the bag was never sealed. I spent $43 on this meal that got thrown away. Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I needed to use the restroom before eating and was required to order food first. I placed my order but the cashier wasn't listening to me, so I didn't receive everything I requested. The manager handed me my food while giving me the stink eye for no reason. She's just rude and doesn't understand customer service. Tried to call the corporate office to complain but their phone system doesn't give any option to speak to a person or even lodge a complaint. The BK website is garbage. This location is garbage. The lobby is dirty with trash on multiple tables and a sticky floor. The employees are rude when they aren't ignoring you. When I got my food, I asked "where are my fries?" I was told that I didn't order fries. I did order fries but the cashier couldn't be bothered to listen beyond the first item. She argued with me about it, instead of apologizing. RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE!! ZERO STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST BURGER KING EXPERIENCE EVER!! And this is not the first time they have been rude and gotten my order wrong at this location. The employees are lazy and incompetent. They don't put any ketchup or even napkins in the bag, you have to ask for it and they act like you insulted them. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Read moreI love this burger King. I've lived my entire life hating burger King, every one I've been to there always been screaming and yelling. Coworkers yelling at managers, managers yelling at employees. Customers throwing things and being weird in the lobby. Customers screaming everyday and ruining everything. Employees quitting because everything is terrible. The lobbies were always disgusting and unable to be cleaned because everyone is stressing out and every experience would always stress me out.
I was in this area for a doctor's appointment and the dumb del tacos lobby was closed so I had to come here for breakfast. It was peaceful and the lobby was so clean! I'm not to complain about a few crumbs on a few tables as that's NOTHING compared to other burger kings I've been in. Every corner was clean and I felt so comfortable. The employees weren't mean to each other and everyone seemed so chill.
Wish I could come here again but I don't live here but I hope this burger King stays a safe place. And if your Customer reading this. Please be nice to them. You don't know the incredible stress comes from working in these places. Please be patient. Please be kind....
