I cannot believe how I was just treated here at this restaurant, my pickup order was for 12:05 I placed an order at 11:45 I waited until 12:05 to leave my house (I’m right down the street takes a minute to get here) when I arrived there were no clear signs on where a pick up person should stand or wait to be assisted. The customers and staff treated me like I was cutting the line, the person at the counter Liss (or at least that’s what’s on her name tag) she was literally going to skip me even though I came in and stood behind the guy that was paying the other customer was still ordering his food when I had walked in. She walked to Rosa and grabbed the food that was prepared as I was waiting in line she didn’t even look at me or acknowledge that I was there, She grabbed his food and went to check him out, when I said hello, pick up order for Loren and she repeated it back to me. I said yes I’m picking up my order that I already placed online. She stated my order was not ready and they would have to make the order. I then asked to cancel the order, I assumed it would be ready when I got there, I’m a working mother of 3, who is on the go, and busy. That’s why I waited until my order was supposed to be ready, before I even left my house. That’s when Rosa chimes in and said very aggressive and rude “it will be ready in 2 minutes” I then watched her proceed to put 3 extra pot stickers in my box (which my kids love) so that kinda calmed me down for a second. I then asked if they always wait until the pick up customer gets here to prepare the order, and Liss, tried to say it was something about the food not being ready, but everything I got was basic items, nothing excessive, and nothing was extremely fresh, or just made, all my food, you could tell had been sitting there, then Rosa proceeded to call me Fat, in Spanish and remove the 3 extra pot stickers she previously put in my box. I then told her she needs to watch what she says because I just understood everything she just said. I also told her just because someone looks white does not mean they are white. She tried to lie and say she told Liss what to do about the food but I heard her clear as day. To bad because my kids really enjoyed the food and if the food wasn’t for them I really would have cancelled my order and told them to refund my card I spent $22.00 in your Restaurant to be treated very badly and called Fat to my face...
Read moreasked for a kids meal from 2 employees 3 times before one was even started. we had already verified before anything was prepared that I'd be getting 2 entrés and a kids meal. (we've been coming here a year, we get the same order each time.)
the entrés were being rang up before the kids meal was even started and the customers behind us were already being taken care of. I wasn't even able to order sides because I was pushed out. I had to ask the woman at the register for them and sauce.
when asking for sauce, she said yes then didn't even get any... I asked again and was ignored, she just repeated the total. then, I asked for sides again as I didn't see any in our bag and was rushed I could only get 1/3 that we usually order.
I had showed the 1st employee upon beginning our order a coupon for a free side w. purchase of 2 entrés, at the register I then gave it to the employee ringing us out. she didn't apply it.
the kids meal comes with a small drink, the fountain was closed. the employee ringing us stated i can get a bottled drink as a substitute, she never mentioned that it'd be an additional charge. she specifically said substitute.
we were overcharged, ignored, pushed out, didn't complete our order and the place was extremely loud. (the customers were not)
I will not be coming back here again after being a loyal customer for a year now this was seriously the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant. I'm not going to be rude or loud with employees but they definitely should be more aware of the lack of customer service and MANNERS they...
Read moreI understand that Covid has made things difficult for business, but this store was completely backed up on orders. Multiple people came in for pick-up saying they ordered 30 minutes ahead, yet they hadn't even prepared any of them. It is loud, which is normal, but the server seemed to be in such a hurry to get my boyfriend and me through the line that he completely missed my order. I said 'orange chicken' four different times, yet he gave me mushroom chicken. When I tried to correct him, he passed it off to another person and started talking to the people in line behind us. At the register, we were trying to order drinks but the cashier kept interrupting us to tell us the total. Luckily, I'm loud, but I felt bad shouting my request at her. I saw a lot of the cashiers, cooks, and servers messing around, which is probably a contributor to the poor service. I suggest taking more time to listen to orders and be a bit more efficient when on the job. Additionally, the meat was very undercooked and the rice was stale. I've seen plenty of other reviews with these same issues, so maybe start...
