Calvin & Nicole’s Pit Stop — Restaurant in Whittemore

Wow. I've heard many not so good reviews on this place through word of mouth so I checked out the reviews. First response I see from the owner is blaming the customer for their experience. Problem is that customer was with me that day until they went to this place and I know for a fact they were not having a "bad day." And they almost never complain about anything. Instead of blaming their customers about sub par food (which I've heard from multiple people) maybe improve the food. Will not be going to this place to even give it a try after that. I will stick with B's restaurant in Augres. Oh and the point of a review page is TO LEAVE A REVIEW. Why bother talking to them if all they do is blame others and make sad excuses. No wonder I never see them...

We heard great things about this restaurant and went out of our way to go this past Saturday for lunch. When walking in we were welcomed with a warm greeting, letting us know the specials. We also enjoyed the decor, was fun to see it all. Now for the food, it was exceptional 😋 we both had a half grinder, HUGE, we had some to take home, also the garlic bread bites accompanied with the sauce and homemade ranch(Yes, it's an Amazing Ranch) was delicious 😋 They have fresh baked goodies, it was hard to choose but grabbed a few cupcakes to go, again Delicious!! 1st time here was driving back from tawas and saw it on my way up so I decided to have lunch on my way back. This will be my place to eat when travel through Prescott there is nothing in the area that compares to a small family owned business that serves amazing grinders wraps and pizza. I wish I would have trued the tacos people were ordering them over and over while I was there they looked awesome and had them on special for a buck.
