As I walked into the establishment I was taken aback by the old and outdated decor, but most places with bad decor seem to having amazing food. After being seated it was as if though my kind was not welcome in these parts (African American/Bi-racial, including interracial couple). All the other guest starred at us the whole time in disgust and they had a live band playing country music and one of the band members when asking for song request said “oh by the way we only do country” we have no issues with country and do enjoy it from time to time. It took over 30 minutes for our order to be taken and to get the complimentary chips and salsa. At this point point we wanted to leave but was pressed for time and had a large party. But when I cut into my chicken, thinking it was odd that the breading was piled on top anyway, and saw the slimy pink inside, my stomach just churned.... it was cold to the touch like it hadn't even been at least heated.. When I showed the waitress, she was very apologetic and offered to replace it, but I had already lost my appetite at that point.... She did, however, remove it from ticket... Everything else was great....a little shocked the cook allowed that to be served as it was very obvious it was raw without cutting into it ... Then the pink inside confirmed it.. . Very...
