I have always loved Titos but my last experience was horrible. I was put on hold 3X for about 8 min each time,when trying to order. The lady taking the order was rude, she didn't ask if I wanted everything on the quesabirrias or how or what kind beef or lamb. When I got there, she was like only cash because our machine broke. She could have said that when I called in the order but she didn't. When she charged me it was $61.23. I was like what for three quesabirra plates. As soon as you walk in you smell that homey clean smell mixed with delicious authentic Mexican food. The staff was friendly and helpful. My bf and I both got the birria quesadillas (2 each) which came with amazing consome with garbanzos and rice in it. The weather was Soo cold that the meal was absolutely perfect.
