Ordered with the BK app (order total $22.00) and arrived at the store when I arrived the employee stated our "systems are down I can't pull up any orders." Now this has happened to me for the 4th time at this location within this last month. The employee told me to wait to the side. After waiting for 10 min I was told by the employee that the system wasn't working and his GM would be coming in to fix the issue so he told me to get a refund through the app. But due to them having me do this multiple times from the app I received an email stating I could not receive a refund due to multiple refunds on my BK app!!! So I came in the next day to talk to a manager. After speaking with the GM he stated that no one called him the previous day about the "systems being down" and after I told him the whole situation he did not give me a refund or my food after asking for it all he did was ask for my name and number to "call me back" it's been over 24hrs. He stated that he would have to look into what happened that night. Read moreI ordered in the drive & I was pulled forward to spare " drive time " for THIRTY MINUTES & the food was never brought out! I then had to get my 2 year old grandson out & go in.... After going in I was informed they didn't see the order & had to make it. I then asked for a refund & was told I couldn't have a refund until tomorrow. I asked them to just make the order & instead the girl calls her GM who says " I can wait for them to make my order or come back tomorrow for a refund " Where is this considered " MY WAY " OR QUALITY SERVICE?? Not to mention...... pull me to " save drive time " but what about MY time??! Basically we took 40.79$ from you, made you WAIT 30 minutes to never even make the order, then THE GM says, I can WAIT longer for them to make it ( didn't offer the grandbaby a cookie for the inconvenience NOTHING to rectify the situation! ) or WAIT until TOMORROW for a refund!! Read moreThere was multiple cars in the driver through line waiting to order. Waited about ten minute at this points all the car in front of us had pulled off. I didn’t want to have to drive to another location so we waited and still no response from anybody inside the store on the speaker. Finally I called store location after waiting 15minutes and somebody I answered I asked if they were open they said yes. I informed them that there multiple cars out in line trying to order. He didn’t really have an answer to why orders weren’t being taken and I hang up when somebody finally answered through the drive the speaker to finally take an order. This happened around 10:30 pm. This is not the first this has happened at this location unfortunately. Hopefully things are being ran to standards and employees are being active with paying attention to customers wanting service.
