I wish I didn't have to give a star, I order from this Pizza Hut all the time and here lately this place has been horrible. The last 3 times no lie that I have ordered they have had to remake my order because my daughter likes thin crust and all 3 times we get there to pick up and we have to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes because it was made wrong. Their answer is to remake it or they remake and you keep the messed up one but the first 2 times ok but the 3rd time that is where my patience comes to a halt. I went in and asked to speak to the manager (SONYA) and she was so unperfessional that she had me get highly upset. When I was trying to explain that this was the third time she kept cutting me off and telling me that I was letting the other customers pizza burn and she don't have time to talk to me. Then I got upset and asked for her name and her corporate's number and she said she would give it to me tomorrow and walked off. When the younger girl came to give me my pizza I asked what the managers name was and the corporate's # the girl went back to ask her what the number was she started getting loud with her and started blurting out the number so the girl ran around the corner to get paper and pen then followed the manger around asking for the number, the manager just ignored her. I then told her to give her the number so I can leave and she said I already gave It to her and refused to give it to her, from there I had to tell her that she said it so fast she couldn't write it down and she needed to write it down so I can go. She said do I need to call the cops and I told her if she felt like she needed to then go ahead but once I get the number that I have been asking for I would leave. That is when she finally gave it to me and I left with my extra pizza that sit there getting cold sitting on the counter whole my correct pizza was being made. All she could say is she couldn't control the weather but the weather didn't mess up my pizza this time or the other 2 times that there was not a cloud in the sky. This Pizza Hut has went down hill so fast it's r Crazy. Every time we go in there there is new faces and we order form here a lot........
There needs to be a management change and they need to start paying attention to the orders that they are making because if someone orders pizza 5 times and 3 ot of the 5 time the pizza has to be remade then there is something wrong with how it's being ran.
One good thing to say about this store is the delivery drivers are usually polite respectably people, but I see why people complain about them being late with the deliveries it's because the food is being made wrong and has to be remade before they...
Read moreWe recently moved to this side of town, needless to say I will never order from this location again, I always order online and pick it up, the girl at the window was very nice but when I open the box and saw the pizza wasn’t made the way I order I went inside, I never expect free food and I only wanted them to remake my pizza the way I wrote it in the instructions. Instead, I was met with a very rude employee, telling me that they did not see the instructions on the computer, and he asked me for the ticket which I had to go back to my car to show them the ticket with the instructions on it after arguing with me some more about that I just told him to just give me my refund and he can keep the pizza and I was just gonna leave. The younger employees were better than him or the manager handling this, they offer to make me another one and have it but at this point i just wanted to leave, All I wanted was for them to remake the pizza not to be argue with, who would want to give them business after being so rude for absolutely no reason, I wasn’t mean or rude when I went in so I didn’t expect to be treated that way, after 20 minutes, I asked him if he was going to take much longer to get my money back which he replied with that Yes it is! I have never received this kind of customer service ever then when I told them that he shouldn’t have argued with me. The manager in the back came and told me that wherever I had put the instructions it was for the driver when I have done this for years whenever you order online you make the pizza how you want it and at the bottom says special instructions I knew this , but I just didn’t wanna argue anymore. I was done arguing I just wanted my money back and I wanted to get the heck out of there. There is a way to tell people if I was wrong really quick to admit that but obviously they are not that kind of people and they should not be on customer service. Read moreHey, so I was trying to place a delivery order online and I started at 640pm Saturday night. The website was extremely slow after I made a single selection and took forever to load anything. Which was frustrating, but I got through it eventually about 710. I then tried to add a gift card that I received at Christmas during checkout and it wouldn't accept it. I tried 6 times, I even tried typing in our order from my wife's phone and it was still extremely slow and wouldn't accept my gift card. I tried WiFi and regular Verizon service inside and outside, even on my laptop with the same results.... 😡 So by now it's almost 8pm and I said screw it and retyped my entire order in yet again, and selected carry out so I could finally use my $25 gift card and pay the remaining $40 on my debit card at the store. I finally got the order placed and drove to the store and the printing on the doors said the lobby is open till 9pm so I got out of my vehicle and tried to open the door and it was locked at 810pm. Which is not 9pm which the door says. So I wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and I ask for paper plates and cheese and she tells me that they're out of plates till their truck comes in. 😒 I mentioned the website ordeal to her and she says "oh it does that". So it's a known issue??? So I finally get my family's dinner home finally at 845ish and it's all cold... 😒😡 So I've had an extremely horrible experience with your company tonight. It's insane that your website is that slow and inoperable with your employees knowing that it always is that way. After all this I really don't ever want to order/eat from your restaurant again, I'll be letting everyone know my experience and I really hope someone reads this and corrects these things so other customers don't have to go through what I went through...
