ALICIA IS ABOUT THE WORST PERSON FOR THIS JOB ANYWHERE!!! Please be conscientious and aware of how you serve a bag of food!!!! If a customer brings the food inside after ordering at the drive- thru, There is beyond the shadow of doubt, a serious problem!!ā Step number one be friendly NUST BE FRIENDLY!!!! Miss Alicia at the drive-through window failed this on all fronts! I walked back in a bag of food that had barbecue sauce smeared all over the bottom of the bag that transferred into the passenger seat of my car!!!! I got zero apology zero let me make it right zero throw the bag away and prepare a fresh order and put it in a clean bag! What I got was somebody with dirty hands from handling cash taking my order out of the smeared bag to transfer it into another bag while also running the cash register! Not only is this gross. It is a violation of health code food safety! The owner of this place really needs to be notified and get rid of this Alicia woman that has no business working there. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI arrived to pick up an order placed through a delivery platform, and I was greeted by āLovely Christieā (yes, her name tag actually said that), who was anything but. I assume she was a manager, as she said that their tablet for this particular delivery platform was not working, had not been for over two months, and she didnāt plan on reporting it to get it fixed. She took the order from the app on my phone, only to tell me that they didnāt have, nor had she ever heard of, the item that the customer ordered. This employee was terribly rude, and I felt that she blamed me for the fact that she didnāt like dealing with orders from food delivery platforms. I have never been treated as badly by an employee at any establishment as I was treated by her. I left the place physically sickened at her callousness, and I made sure to report the incident to my customer, who was also appalled. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in on Christmas day, at around 8 pm. It was absolutely packed, the line around the drive-thru must have been 20 cars deep. The lobby wasn't as busy, but there were still people there, and people were in various stages of their order. Everybody, and I mean everybody was working in absolute synchronicity to try to do their very best to keep orders coming and keep everyone satisfied. But it was absolutely crazy, and of course things went a little awry. Everybody from the front cashier to the cooks, to the drive-through window, to the managers, were all doing an amazing job of trying to keep up. the drive-thru/ kitchen manager was named Christine/Christie(?), and she was making sure everybody that ordered upfront got their orders. The other manager Amber, dealt with cash register and money situations, and then took the time to go clean the lobby and refill the drink area.
